Hey Sunny!! While solving HR DM sets make sure you are not too harsh in your decisions like: terminating the job, removing someone from a project etc., even if the mistake is a serious one. Just the employee interest is not enough...you need to think for the company's profit as well.✌️

It is not an unethical process - I mean sharing assessment details. I guess, he can know the details so that he will better perform next time. Option E seems very harsh - threatening and warning
@@rajarajeswarirm7970 even i felt that sharing assessment details wasn't the right thing to be done, and I feel that Option D is the best by being straight forward and also taking into consideration the accusation he have put in the assessment team.

Hi, as a company rep, am not supposed to share assessment right? I am not liable to do so and also works in favour of keeping company recruitment procedures confidential. By this, every other rejected candidate will start asking for assessment and take away the discretionary power of the HR team of the company. Think straightforward option D could be the answer?
