    Does this truck contain sand and agregates or sand and 2 types of aggregates? Different strength concrete has a different ratio or 10mm and 20mm aggregate. Or does the aggregates have to be a pre-blended mix?

    Hi. Please show how to attach tires in the place where the chute is mounted. That rubber that protects you from spray.

    Hi men! Thanks for the detailed video. I’ve been studying the volumetric mixer in TH-cam for several months, I really missed your videos. I'm from Russia. Our company bought a Global mixer. He is good, but a little disassembled. Today I disassembled the mechanism to which the mixer auger is attached. Swivel ring. It clogged and I can’t turn it around with my hands. Thank you John for such detailed videos! Please make a video about how you have installed chain oiler? On my mixer it is absent. There are only brushes that lubricate the chain. Long hoses go to them, but they are cut off. I bought two other drip nipples, but I don’t know where to install it better.

      Sorry for the late reply, I will try to add how the chain oiler is installed on my next video.

    when you add a little more water does the mixer adjust it's cement ratio to keep the same strength mix automatically ?

    • @johnneufeld02
      @johnneufeld02  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      No it doesn't, but there is enough margin built into the mix design that there will still be enough strength when you add more water.

    Gears of the conveyor in the place where the sand falls and the stone is not covered by spray from anything? Or is there no spray?

    • @johnneufeld02
      @johnneufeld02  4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      No there isn't really any spray up there.

      @@johnneufeld02 I plan to make a water supply through the nozzles around the mixer bowl. That there was no dust. You see rubber that holds sand and stone so that they do not fly forward, but fall down. I also saw the rubber which is under the conveyor in the mixing bowl. I don’t have one. We must also put it. And how is the partition between the stone and the sand made? Does it press firmly against the conveyor or at a distance from the conveyor belt?

    • @johnneufeld02

      The rubber on the bottom of the partition should be all the way against the conveyor, not pushed against it with alot of pressure but just firm. The rubber shouldn't be too soft if you can find a harder rubber that would wear out slower that would be good, also not too thin at least half inch thickness would be good.

      @@johnneufeld02 Thanks. I thought the rubber cleaning tape should be soft. But I'm talking about another rubber. The one below it.
