Es muy fácil de hacerlos, harina para hotcakes con leche, claras batidas a punto de turrón con azúcar y se revuelve con movimientos envolventes para no sacar el aire , yo lo sé hecho quedan exquisitos es como un hotcakes con aire, Yo guarde cuatro latas de atún y les quite la tapadera por los dos lados los lave muy bien les quite todos los picos y los pongo los cuatro en un sartén pongo esta mezcla los tapo les doy la vuelta los vuelvo tapar y así es como yo los hago, Se ponen a fuego lento y si no los tapan quedan crudos de En medio.
I keep trying to make these, but the batter just DOESN'T look right. It turns out FINE but it's just normal pancakes. Doesn't have the thick whipped look
There are lots of recipes on the internet and on TH-cam of souffle pancakes. Though if you were to make some, I'd advise you to not add butter into the batter cause I think that causes the batter to become loose and not hold its shape.
