Ghidorah's ability to keep coming back is not only a neat take on the character, but it's also an interesting meta take given how Ghidorah is Godzilla's main rival and continually returns throughout the franchise alongside Godzilla to confront him in any given era.
Ghidorah is basically the Palpatine of the Godzilla franchise. If Star Wars is doing Ep 10-12, I guarantee you they will find another way to bring him back. In the words of Stephen Lang: "No one ever really dies in science fiction. As long as they have your dna you can come back". Every major villain that remains on the table (Biollante, Gigan and Destroyah) are all in some way connected to him. Biollante can be used to extract DNA samples from him, those tiny crustaceans possibly picking on Ghidorahs flesh in the Bermuda triangle could very well be how they mutate into Destroyah, and Gigan is likely a villain that comes from the same planet as Ghidorah and is set out to 'finish what he started'. Then there is also the possibility of Ghidorah's big bad brother showing up for revenge in the next film, possibly accompanied by Gigan.
Honestly just thought this mecha godzilla was an omage to kiryu going berserk due to the fact the mech was built over godzilla grandads bones and the spirit took over the mech. But in this case with ghidorah takes over mechagodzilla

Honestly, the ending quote is kinda chilling; it means Ghidorah will always exist in Monsterverse as either a physical entity or a malevolent ghost, and is the ONLY character that is TRULY immortal and can never truly be killed.
Considering the many different types of Ghidorah throughout the franchise, this is very interesting. Not only Keizer & Mecha Ghidorah, but Desghidorah & Grand King Ghidorah from the Rebirth of Mothra series. God I am loving this resurgence of Godzilla's popularity.
Another interesting thing to consider, the skulls sold to Apex were skulls. In those 5 years it is possible they scrapped off Ghidorah's flesh from the skulls and repurposed those tissues somehow or sold them to other eco-terrorist cells around the world. That would allow the creation of new hybrids by groups wanting their own kaiju/Titan to control.

Exactly. Void Ghidorah can never be killed. Once the condition is right, he can manifest himself once again and destroy the earth. While monsterverse ghidorah consciousness remains despite his body has been destroyed. Kinda he has uploaded his memory to cloud services. Once he got the right opportunity, he can manifest himself as physical matter again. Both ghidorah can never be killed but can be prevented.
Depending on what happened with Ren Serizawa, he could very well be "infected" with Ghidorahs consciousness, making him a living back up system. This GhidoRen would then proceed to search for other ripped of Kevin skulls to make use of.

I geeked out so hard when Ghidorah showed up in KOTM. I love him as an antagonist to Godzilla. He was one of the first Kaiju I ever saw at my grandparents' house on cable when I was a kid. And I'm talking OG black and white Ghidorah. I'd love to see a mechanized version of him be an even bigger threat than before!!

The idea of Ichi and Nii being the active fighters while Kevin just jumps in and gets demolished and beheaded is kind of hilarious, but also interesting. Kevin's light-headed and reckless nature will actually be Ghidorah's failsafe. It's like it's meant to be.
I would love a whole side movie with Ghidorah's just going to different planets taking control of them, and coming across other Kaijus along the way that we never knew about. Maybe they can even run into Gigan, Hedorah, orga, and of course others. And then they follow Ghidorah back to earth and kill the parent here, the son or whoever later finds out and travels here. Kill's them all off or so he thinks, and then that can lead into what other monsterverse film. I think this can work.

I like your analysis, but I think Ghidorah transferred his conscious to Ren Serizawa as according to the novelization, Madison returned to the control room to remove the helmet Ren uses to control Mechagodzilla, but finds it empty. It’s possible that Ghidorah is gonna use his control over Ren to recreate his body through bioengineering or maybe even use Ren’s body to remake his own. Whatever the case, Ghidorah might become a form similar to Kaiser Ghidorah and fight Godzilla again, this time with more brutality and hatred.
I had a feeling that Ghidorah would find a way to crawl out of hell in the future but after seeing this video the possibilities are beyond endless that it scares me. Also now knowing that Levin would always be the head that gets the worst I’m a fight explains a lot to why he went nuts on Godzilla in GVK.
Personally I would like it more if Ren's consciousness becomes melded with Ghidorah's instead. Less evil spirit controls the body and more evil spirit affects the mind.
I really like the idea that if Ghidorah's head is still out there, it's still somewhat conscious and is observing the world around him; he knows he died, and if he was to regenerate, he would be out for revenge against Godzilla for killing him in 2019. Not only that, I'd like it if the other two heads mind were trapped in the head as well, so they would all be waiting together to be released onto the world yet again. This could also applied to all the other heads that might be scattered around the globe; should one of them regenerate, all the other other heads would "deactivate" so to speak, and if the new body is destroyed, the heads would reactivate, and the cycle would continue; think of the wireless transfer of data, but here, the data is Ghidorah's memories which are tossed around via his alien biology.
If that becomes reality for the MonsterVerse, then it might require cooperation between human and kaiju to clean them all up. If Godzilla could find all skulls on his own, then he would've done so already.
I actually like the idea of the species thing, since Godzilla himself still might have others out there even if they said that him and Kong were the last. The final baddy could be a natural Kasier for an older brother or even something like a Grand King Ghidorah from the mothra series as his father. Hell there could even be a Ghidorah that's more noble and kind hearted, similar to the one from gmk. The possibilities could be endless
I don’t an “older son” has to be a “ghidorah”, just means it’s an alien kaiju. I could easily destoroyah being an “older son” related to ghidorah, kinda like a carnage to ghidorah’s venom (what I mean by this is that while venom and carnage can both regenerate/generate body parts, venom mostly relies on his raw strength, speed, and skill while carnage constantly makes weapons, tendrils, and sometimes even launchable quills from his body)

One of my crazy theories is that they use Ghidorah’s skulls and somehow combine them with the Titan called “Orochi” which according to the name may be a similar multi-headed dragon-like Kaiju, which would be pretty interesting but unlikely.
Orochi was a kaiju way back in heisei era (not sure if canon or not) which had 8 heads and multiple horns whose horns divided into anguirus, varan, gorosaurus, baragon, bagorah, titanosaurus, manda, orga, king ceasar, shiigan, vagnosaurus, jyarumu, barugaron and balkzardan. But the idea of orochi and other kaijus were scraped off leaving few to be chosen
You have made GvK infinitely better for me by telling me that Ghidorah’s second skull was inside Mecha. Because now it fully explains that instead of him just needing AA batteries instead of AAAs, Mecha needed a resonance with a powerful enough Titan source for a Ghidorah Skull to regain full effect and thought (supposedly). I stand by my critique of the movie GvK where the Millie Bobby brown scenes were a humongous waste of time. But this makes the Apex thing much better and they should’ve included this in the story of the movie

For me, in the novel is open to interpretation, If Ghidorah mind was able to synch with Ren and the servers, Ghidorah may had a backup, inside Ren, that why Ghidorah was able to do some pseudo Kung Fu/Karate moves here and there. He absorbed everything about Ren all his knowledge, all his skill and so It migh be that Ghidorah download himself into Ren, and into some secret servers. If not then Kevin head has regrowth new heads. Edit1 for me it's funny how Ghidorah was not wanting to Kill Godzilla to having him as an Ally of sort. When he pinned down Godzilla it almost felt like "No!, don't do it!! Don't step up I don't want to kill you, stand down I will let you live" then Mothra came to the rescue for the Fire Mode and so on. Maybe he wanted all the Kaijus ready for a future Invasion from his elder siblings.
I do believe we will see King Ghidorah again in the future of the monsterverse and this video itself had a lot of fascinating concepts (supported or teased by official MV canon material in the novelization) for king Ghidorah to return. I like the idea of Mecha King Ghidorah being introduced in a monsterverse or maybe another member of the Ghidorah species, but that’s wishful thinking. I do like the idea of Ghidorah being this unkillable entity that will find away to return from the dead to terrorize humanity and Godzilla with the rest of the Titans in the monsterverse so far.
I can see all 3 of these happening in the Monsterverse and more. I also think that there are more Space Monsters out there other than Ghidorah, maybe Gigan, SpaceGodzilla, Hedorah, or maybe a new Space Monster.

It is confirmed that Ghidorah needs lethal radiation or powerful power sources to regenerate that fast but with access to technology I don't doubt he can get access to that but something nobody seems to fully understand about the character is that that's his greatest weakness is if he is kept from being able to harness radiation or electrical energy like for instance if Ghidorahs energy core in his chest (we got to see burning Godzilla stomp) was shot out Ghidorah would require someone to power him up to be able to regenerate which again I don't think will be too hard for him now that he has access to technology but in the previous film technically speaking of Godzilla had access to even a fraction of the power of his Hollow Earth breath he could have just shot him through the chest and killed him once he was weak. Also there's a couple ways around this even I can think of and the monsterverse can probably make up but it doesn't make much sense that if Ghidorah is able to be frozen solid in ice then how would he be able to fly to space unless of course if he was delivered here by an extraterrestrial or was accidentally shot here which in itself would have bigger implications for the monsterverse and I sort of Hope for but regardless it wouldn't make much sense that Ghidorah could fly through space at least this variation. Though I can agree with a hollow Earth or technological push Ghidorah probably could return more powerful which would be very interesting like if you fixed his weakness in the center of his chest by giving him multiple energy cores they could be repaired, replaced, or regenerated as well as access to the hollow Earth energy as that pretty much any Titan that normally wouldn't be able to take on Godzilla would probably be very easily powered up by the hollow Earth source like how mechaGodzilla was. After all if you take a look at all of Godzilla's feats there's not really a good way to beat him so combining all the powers of some of his greatest adversaries as well as giving him a few extra would probably be the best option to fight him
About the fly to space, Ghidorah just need a momentum for example one last flap to keep propelling himself to space because in space an object will conserve it motion until it was subjected to force or in Ghidorah case Earth gravitational field. So it's plausible if he can travel in space without the need to flap his wing. During that moment, he might feed on cosmic radiation from stars to sustain himself.
To make it even more epic, we may not have seen Godzilla’s greatest feats yet. Imagine how much he can also juice himself up with Hollow Earth energy and how powerful that will make him as only Big G can counter Ghidorah’s threat to the balance of the monster ecosystem. Ying and Yang.
No I wasn't talking about momentum in fact with his gravity beams hinting to a possible gravity ability I have no doubt in my mind he could fly in a zero g environment it's the fact that he can be Frozen and ice and space as much colder than ice not that there aren't other ways around that there are some arguments that can be made but until things are concrete I just find it hard to believe that this version of Ghidorah could survive those temperatures or at the very least stay conscious depending on situation
Another possibility is that ghidorah is somehow used to make (or randomly mutates why regenerating) a new kaiju, whether completely new or one we have seen before. It'd be interesting if Kevin regenerates and mutated into Destoroyah (since his head was still there when the oxygen destroyer was detonated)
I don't agree with the mecha theory.The Family theory will work .Kevin's head(s) theory is possible as well . It has a healing factor and if there is any remaining skin or brain matter left that no one had noticed; then it will take a while for a new Ghidorah to appear again . Also; who said that it didn't lay an egg(s) and it hatched in Hollow Earth when the Parent was finally released from its icy tomb ???
Even if Ghidorah is a conscious haunting Godzilla, the king of the monsters will always be there to stand against his nemesis. Plus, Ghidorah was stated to not be able to regenerate when all three of his heads are decapitated. Not to mention that considering how beyond the control of apex mechagodzilla was, it's probably not likely that the company will be allowed another attempt to create another mechanized titan. Also, monarch should be aware of the Ghidorah skulls thanks to Madison and her group. Thanks for explaining where the Ghidorah skulls came from.
You make very good points. Unless I missed it, the power from the hollow earth hasn't been studied a whole lot so not much is known about it (correct if if im wrong, im just going off memory of the movie and novelization) but its possible that the mysterious power of the enemy of hollow earth might give those heads a kick start kinda like jumping a car. Possibly a type of kick start that would allow ghidorahs decapitated heads to regenerate a body or atleast part of it, only being able to fully regenerate a body with all 3 heads within a close proximity
Pretty cool stuff. I hope this means we get more of Ghidorah later, even if it's in some new form. It still seems like there's a strong possibility of Destroyah popping up at some point. Microscopic life forms somehow mutating as a result of the oxygen destroyer dropped on Godzilla and Ghidorah. Maybe Destroyah will end up being some weird hybrid of Godzilla, Ghidorah and microscopic animals from the bottom of the ocean?
I can definetly either see ghidorahs dna used to create a legion of new more abominable titans if they don’t decide to full grow back body! Especially since Ren disapeared from the sight, possibly possessed with new drive and purpose to continue ghidorah’s conquest due to being exposed to the alien evil conciousness.

I feel like they could easily pull a Mecha Ghidorah story line and have it not be that out of the realm of possibility. The middle most head could be the more robotic one, maybe reusing Mecha Godzilla's head, and using the second and maybe a third skull to regenerate two proper heads. They obviously have the tech for it, so it'd be a cool way to bring Ghidorah into another movie.
I think I could see the head housed inside Mecha G growing slowly through the spinal column and continuing to grow back into the armless torso of the robot. Certainly sounds plausible.
I got some crazy ideas for the next movie. What if Mecha Godzilla was brought back and become a good guy in future movies? (Let's not talk about the license of having Mecha Godzilla back in the Monsterverse). If Mecha Godzilla was to become a good guy then he should be rebuilt from the same materials from the bad Mecha Godzilla. The Good Mecha G should have his design changed to look more like Godzilla (meaning not being scary looking). Mecha G will have blue lights like Godzilla but still have his red lights. The red lights will turn on when he's engaged in battle, and also the red lights act as an intimidation display. His laser beam is still red. Oh! And instead of using Ghidorah's left head, this time it will use by a Godzilla Skull (Dagon's Skull). If or since Mecha G has an autopilot button this means Dagon will be controlling his new body, meaning this whole process brings back Dagon to life (kinda). Here's the catch! Remember that I said the Good Mecha G was rebuilt from the Bad Mecha G's parts and metals? That means King Ghidorah's influence will corrupt Dagon to go rogue for a short period..... These ideas are silly but I want Mecha G to shine like Godzilla and Kong.

my favorite iteration of King Ghidorah is the anime Godzilla: Planet of Monsters' KG where it was shown to be an energy being not of our universe but one coming from a black hole instead of a creature from our universe
We might Also want to note that the original Mecha King Ghidorah had two organic heads and one Robotic head. So if the two skulls regrew the body, than after some Cybernectic upgrades to the body, legs, wings and tail ends and of course the third center head. Mecha King Ghidorah (Monsterverse) could see the light of day.
That last statement gave me goosebumps. Imagine seeing Monster X arrive, seeking revenge against Godzilla. You’d need every Titan and then some to take that beast out
When you started talking about a Mecha Ghidorah, all I could think of was that one line from the Incredibles: "It's bigger! It's badder! Ladies and gentlemen it is TO MUCH FOR MR. INCREDIBLE" (Just replace "Mr. Incredible" with Godzilla, and you have a perfect line for an Apex cybernetics scientist or something.
Since the video mentioned that pretty much ALL the skulls left around the world are Kevin, I believe -- given how the fanbase sees him -- that Ghidorah would be REALLY different if he was brought back using all the Kevin skulls.
Remember, when Ren got killed Kevin delivered the second half of the fight himself and frickin DEALT WITH the G-Man, he has skill anger and battle intelligence. He can be a force to reckon with
I know this a year old but you had to have known at the end credits that one of the heads was retrieved. We just did not know what they planned to use it for until GvrsK came out in which it was used as part of Mecha Godzilla.
I still think that the use of the Oxygen Destroyer on Ghidorah could lead to a possible return of Desostroyah. Perhaps as a byproduct of the Oxygen’s Destroyer’s chemical reaction and Ghidorah’s physiology. Perhaps there are inactive, alien microbes living on or within Ghidorah reacted to the Oxygen Destroyer and underwent a rapid evolution.
Wait but an Oxygen destroyer is basically its namesake and chemical destroyer of oxygen. Ghidorah is a space creature that traveled through space which obviously implies he can survive without the need for oxygen. So an oxygen destroyer being used on him would make no sense.
@@ronalddragonofamerica it destroyed the Oxygen molecules even in living organizms ao in the old Gojira rules it would still destroy cells causing catastrophic damage even to non-oxygenated species. The Weapon should have been damaging in theory. But in practice obviously it didn't and in Godzilla vs Destroyah it actually caused rapid evolution in non-oxygen possessing (creatures oxygen was damaging to) pre-historic microspecies which after time became the monster that hurt Jr. And killed Godzilla.

I just thought of something haunting that could be threatening a certain beloved kaiju in the future. If ghidorah comes back in 1 way or another he may not go after godzilla first...he may just be after Kong now. If you remember back in 2021 the only reason why Mechagodzilla(With the soul of Ghidorah possessing it like a Fnaf Animatronic) lost wasn't just the fact that some kid dropped water on the controls but it was also the fact that Kong ganged up on him too after realizing his real enemy. It was Kong's help that stopped the rival Tyrant from killing godzilla right then and there which would be infuriating to the Alien monster. If it ever came back as mecha king ghidorah or another ghidorah then i think that Our lovable Great ape is in MAJOR danger and needs to be careful, Ghidorah is shown to be a Vengeful kaiju in the two films it shows up in and if it comes back it will likely have a New Grudge but this time against the Hairy Ape. I think that In a next film we will probably see the new ghidorah Target Kong first to eliminate and embarrass him before going after what he really wants.

I want Ghidorah to return he’s my favorite and I think a lot of people would like to see him return. If he does I want to see him as his normal self and not a mech or some other thing but a relative would be cool but I’d rather have Ghidorah.
If the Monsterverse does continue I would really like to see some incarnation of Mecha or Keizer Ghidorah. Or maybe an even more outlandish idea a Ren possessed or influenced by Ghidorah, kind of like the anime trilogy it's not the most plausible idea but still it's interesting to me.
From a storytelling point of view, I doubt Ghidorah will be brought back. He's an iconic monster, but he had his movie. But Mecha Ghidorah... that's certainly still on the table

Ghidorah is basically the Palpatine of the Godzilla franchise. If Star Wars is doing Ep 10-12, I guarantee you they will find another way to bring him back. In the words of Stephen Lang: "No one ever really dies in science fiction. As long as they have your dna you can come back". Every major villain that remains on the table (Biollante, Gigan and Destroyah) are all in some way connected to him. Biollante can be used to extract DNA samples from him, those tiny crustaceans possibly picking on Ghidorahs flesh in the Bermuda triangle could very well be how they mutate into Destroyah, and Gigan is likely a villain that comes from the same planet as Ghidorah and is set out to 'finish what he started'. Then there is also the possibility of Ghidorah's big bad brother showing up for revenge in the next film, possibly accompanied by Gigan.
Honestly just thought this mecha godzilla was an omage to kiryu going berserk due to the fact the mech was built over godzilla grandads bones and the spirit took over the mech. But in this case with ghidorah takes over mechagodzilla

Considering the many different types of Ghidorah throughout the franchise, this is very interesting. Not only Keizer & Mecha Ghidorah, but Desghidorah & Grand King Ghidorah from the Rebirth of Mothra series.
God I am loving this resurgence of Godzilla's popularity.
Another interesting thing to consider, the skulls sold to Apex were skulls. In those 5 years it is possible they scrapped off Ghidorah's flesh from the skulls and repurposed those tissues somehow or sold them to other eco-terrorist cells around the world. That would allow the creation of new hybrids by groups wanting their own kaiju/Titan to control.

Maybe they can even run into Gigan, Hedorah, orga, and of course others. And then they follow Ghidorah back to earth and kill the parent here, the son or whoever later finds out and travels here. Kill's them all off or so he thinks, and then that can lead into what other monsterverse film. I think this can work.

I like your analysis, but I think Ghidorah transferred his conscious to Ren Serizawa as according to the novelization, Madison returned to the control room to remove the helmet Ren uses to control Mechagodzilla, but finds it empty. It’s possible that Ghidorah is gonna use his control over Ren to recreate his body through bioengineering or maybe even use Ren’s body to remake his own. Whatever the case, Ghidorah might become a form similar to Kaiser Ghidorah and fight Godzilla again, this time with more brutality and hatred.

I really like the idea that if Ghidorah's head is still out there, it's still somewhat conscious and is observing the world around him; he knows he died, and if he was to regenerate, he would be out for revenge against Godzilla for killing him in 2019. Not only that, I'd like it if the other two heads mind were trapped in the head as well, so they would all be waiting together to be released onto the world yet again. This could also applied to all the other heads that might be scattered around the globe; should one of them regenerate, all the other other heads would "deactivate" so to speak, and if the new body is destroyed, the heads would reactivate, and the cycle would continue; think of the wireless transfer of data, but here, the data is Ghidorah's memories which are tossed around via his alien biology.

I actually like the idea of the species thing, since Godzilla himself still might have others out there even if they said that him and Kong were the last. One of my crazy theories is that they use Ghidorah’s skulls and somehow combine them with the Titan called “Orochi” which according to the name may be a similar multi-headed dragon-like Kaiju, which would be pretty interesting but unlikely.
Orochi was a kaiju way back in heisei era (not sure if canon or not) which had 8 heads and multiple horns whose horns divided into anguirus, varan, gorosaurus, baragon, bagorah, titanosaurus, manda, orga, king ceasar, shiigan, vagnosaurus, jyarumu, barugaron and balkzardan. But the idea of orochi and other kaijus were scraped off leaving few to be chosen

You have made GvK infinitely better for me by telling me that Ghidorah’s second skull was inside Mecha. Because now it fully explains that instead of him just needing AA batteries instead of AAAs, Mecha needed a resonance with a powerful enough Titan source for a Ghidorah Skull to regain full effect and thought (supposedly).
I stand by my critique of the movie GvK where the Millie Bobby brown scenes were a humongous waste of time. But this makes the Apex thing much better and they should’ve included this in the story of the movie

For me, in the novel is open to interpretation, If Ghidorah mind was able to synch with Ren and the servers, Ghidorah may had a backup, inside Ren, that why Ghidorah was able to do some pseudo Kung Fu/Karate moves here and there. He absorbed everything about Ren all his knowledge, all his skill and so It migh be that Ghidorah download himself into Ren, and into some secret servers. If not then Kevin head has regrowth new heads.
Edit1 for me it's funny how Ghidorah was not wanting to Kill Godzilla to having him as an Ally of sort. When he pinned down Godzilla it almost felt like "No!, don't do it!! Don't step up I don't want to kill you, stand down I will let you live" then Mothra came to the rescue for the Fire Mode and so on. Maybe he wanted all the Kaijus ready for a future Invasion from his elder siblings.

I really love the detail that the director puts on guidorah of having different personalyties each head.
I do believe we will see King Ghidorah again in the future of the monsterverse and this video itself had a lot of fascinating concepts (supported or teased by official MV canon material in the novelization) for king Ghidorah to return. I like the idea of Mecha King Ghidorah being introduced in a monsterverse or maybe another member of the Ghidorah species, but that’s wishful thinking. I do like the idea of Ghidorah being this unkillable entity that will find away to return from the dead to terrorize humanity and Godzilla with the rest of the Titans in the monsterverse so far.

This would be a real nice way of introducing Mecha-Ghidorah into the Monsterverse
It is confirmed that Ghidorah needs lethal radiation or powerful power sources to regenerate that fast but with access to technology I don't doubt he can get access to that but something nobody seems to fully understand about the character is that that's his greatest weakness is if he is kept from being able to harness radiation or electrical energy like for instance if Ghidorahs energy core in his chest (we got to see burning Godzilla stomp) was shot out Ghidorah would require someone to power him up to be able to regenerate which again I don't think will be too hard for him now that he has access to technology but in the previous film technically speaking of Godzilla had access to even a fraction of the power of his Hollow Earth breath he could have just shot him through the chest and killed him once he was weak.
Also there's a couple ways around this even I can think of and the monsterverse can probably make up but it doesn't make much sense that if Ghidorah is able to be frozen solid in ice then how would he be able to fly to space unless of course if he was delivered here by an extraterrestrial or was accidentally shot here which in itself would have bigger implications for the monsterverse and I sort of Hope for but regardless it wouldn't make much sense that Ghidorah could fly through space at least this variation.
Though I can agree with a hollow Earth or technological push Ghidorah probably could return more powerful which would be very interesting like if you fixed his weakness in the center of his chest by giving him multiple energy cores they could be repaired, replaced, or regenerated as well as access to the hollow Earth energy as that pretty much any Titan that normally wouldn't be able to take on Godzilla would probably be very easily powered up by the hollow Earth source like how mechaGodzilla was. After all if you take a look at all of Godzilla's feats there's not really a good way to beat him so combining all the powers of some of his greatest adversaries as well as giving him a few extra would probably be the best option to fight him

About the fly to space, Ghidorah just need a momentum for example one last flap to keep propelling himself to space because in space an object will conserve it motion until it was subjected to force or in Ghidorah case Earth gravitational field. So it's plausible if he can travel in space without the need to flap his wing. During that moment, he might feed on cosmic radiation from stars to sustain himself.
To make it even more epic, we may not have seen Godzilla’s greatest feats yet. Imagine how much he can also juice himself up with Hollow Earth energy and how powerful that will make him as only Big G can counter Ghidorah’s threat to the balance of the monster ecosystem. Ying and Yang.
No I wasn't talking about momentum in fact with his gravity beams hinting to a possible gravity ability I have no doubt in my mind he could fly in a zero g environment it's the fact that he can be Frozen and ice and space as much colder than ice not that there aren't other ways around that there are some arguments that can be made but until things are concrete I just find it hard to believe that this version of Ghidorah could survive those temperatures or at the very least stay conscious depending on situation

Another possibility is that ghidorah is somehow used to make (or randomly mutates why regenerating) a new kaiju, whether completely new or one we have seen before. It'd be interesting if Kevin regenerates and mutated into Destoroyah (since his head was still there when the oxygen destroyer was detonated)
I don't agree with the mecha theory.The Family theory will work .Kevin's head(s) theory is possible as well . It has a healing factor and if there is any remaining skin or brain matter left that no one had noticed; then it will take a while for a new Ghidorah to appear again . Also; who said that it didn't lay an egg(s) and it hatched in Hollow Earth when the Parent was finally released from its icy tomb ???

Even if Ghidorah is a conscious haunting Godzilla, the king of the monsters will always be there to stand against his nemesis. Plus, Ghidorah was stated to not be able to regenerate when all three of his heads are decapitated. Not to mention that considering how beyond the control of apex mechagodzilla was, it's probably not likely that the company will be allowed another attempt to create another mechanized titan. You make very good points. Unless I missed it, the power from the hollow earth hasn't been studied a whole lot so not much is known about it (correct if if im wrong, im just going off memory of the movie and novelization) but its possible that the mysterious power of the enemy of hollow earth might give those heads a kick start kinda like jumping a car. Possibly a type of kick start that would allow ghidorahs decapitated heads to regenerate a body or atleast part of it, only being able to fully regenerate a body with all 3 heads within a close proximity
U don't need to rip off Al 3 heads. U just need to cave in his chest which we saw caused a chain reaction that eradicated his entire body
Pretty cool stuff. I hope this means we get more of Ghidorah later, even if it's in some new form. It still seems like there's a strong possibility of Destroyah popping up at some point. Microscopic life forms somehow mutating as a result of the oxygen destroyer dropped on Godzilla and Ghidorah. Maybe Destroyah will end up being some weird hybrid of Godzilla, Ghidorah and microscopic animals from the bottom of the ocean?

I feel like they could easily pull a Mecha Ghidorah story line and have it not be that out of the realm of possibility. The middle most head could be the more robotic one, maybe reusing Mecha Godzilla's head, and using the second and maybe a third skull to regenerate two proper heads. They obviously have the tech for it, so it'd be a cool way to bring Ghidorah into another movie.
I think I could see the head housed inside Mecha G growing slowly through the spinal column and continuing to grow back into the armless torso of the robot. Certainly sounds plausible.
I got some crazy ideas for the next movie. What if Mecha Godzilla was brought back and become a good guy in future movies? (Let's not talk about the license of having Mecha Godzilla back in the Monsterverse). If Mecha Godzilla was to become a good guy then he should be rebuilt from the same materials from the bad Mecha Godzilla. The Good Mecha G should have his design changed to look more like Godzilla (meaning not being scary looking). Mecha G will have blue lights like Godzilla but still have his red lights. The red lights will turn on when he's engaged in battle, and also the red lights act as an intimidation display. His laser beam is still red. Oh! And instead of using Ghidorah's left head, this time it will use by a Godzilla Skull (Dagon's Skull). If or since Mecha G has an autopilot button this means Dagon will be controlling his new body, meaning this whole process brings back Dagon to life (kinda). Here's the catch! Remember that I said the Good Mecha G was rebuilt from the Bad Mecha G's parts and metals? That means King Ghidorah's influence will corrupt Dagon to go rogue for a short period..... These ideas are silly but I want Mecha G to shine like Godzilla and Kong.

Ghidorah has always been my number 1 personal favorite villain and antagonist of the entire franchise and universe, Ghidorah might be dead, but doesn't mean he'll never stop and giving up on what he first started from the beginning!! We might Also want to note that the original Mecha King Ghidorah had two organic heads and one Robotic head.
So if the two skulls regrew the body, than after some Cybernectic upgrades to the body, legs, wings and tail ends and of course the third center head.

When you started talking about a Mecha Ghidorah, all I could think of was that one line from the Incredibles:
"It's bigger! It's badder! Ladies and gentlemen it is TO MUCH FOR MR. INCREDIBLE" (Just replace "Mr. Incredible" with Godzilla, and you have a perfect line for an Apex cybernetics scientist or something.
Since the video mentioned that pretty much ALL the skulls left around the world are Kevin, I believe -- given how the fanbase sees him -- that Ghidorah would be REALLY different if he was brought back using all the Kevin skulls.
Remember, when Ren got killed Kevin delivered the second half of the fight himself and frickin DEALT WITH the G-Man, he has skill anger and battle intelligence. He can be a force to reckon with

I know this a year old but you had to have known at the end credits that one of the heads was retrieved. We just did not know what they planned to use it for until GvrsK came out in which it was used as part of Mecha Godzilla.
I still think that the use of the Oxygen Destroyer on Ghidorah could lead to a possible return of Desostroyah.
Perhaps as a byproduct of the Oxygen’s Destroyer’s chemical reaction and Ghidorah’s physiology. Perhaps there are inactive, alien microbes living on or within Ghidorah reacted to the Oxygen Destroyer and underwent a rapid evolution.
They were showing small creatures surrounding the head in kotm. It would also solidify Ghidorah's presence/rivalry through destroyah in devil form.
Wait but an Oxygen destroyer is basically its namesake and chemical destroyer of oxygen. Ghidorah is a space creature that traveled through space which obviously implies he can survive without the need for oxygen. So an oxygen destroyer being used on him would make no sense.
@@ronalddragonofamerica it destroyed the Oxygen molecules even in living organizms ao in the old Gojira rules it would still destroy cells causing catastrophic damage even to non-oxygenated species.
The Weapon should have been damaging in theory. But in practice obviously it didn't and in Godzilla vs Destroyah it actually caused rapid evolution in non-oxygen possessing (creatures oxygen was damaging to) pre-historic microspecies which after time became the monster that hurt Jr. And killed Godzilla.

I just thought of something haunting that could be threatening a certain beloved kaiju in the future. If ghidorah comes back in 1 way or another he may not go after godzilla first...he may just be after Kong now. If you remember back in 2021 the only reason why Mechagodzilla(With the soul of Ghidorah possessing it like a Fnaf Animatronic) lost wasn't just the fact that some kid dropped water on the controls but it was also the fact that Kong ganged up on him too after realizing his real enemy. It was Kong's help that stopped the rival Tyrant from killing godzilla right then and there which would be infuriating to the Alien monster. If it ever came back as mecha king ghidorah or another ghidorah then i think that Our lovable Great ape is in MAJOR danger and needs to be careful, Ghidorah is shown to be a Vengeful kaiju in the two films it shows up in and if it comes back it will likely have a New Grudge but this time against the Hairy Ape. I think that In a next film we will probably see the new ghidorah Target Kong first to eliminate and embarrass him before going after what he really wants.
