It varies greatly how fast they run on gas. Some run very slow under 500 RPM. The next one may run over 1000 RPM. They are all different. Even two identical tractors one will run slow and one will run fast on gas. The 450 uses a D-281 engine. They are 4.125X5.25 bore and stroke. The gas 450s use a C-281.
