Regarding the A Envelope issue - they only have room for four lines of text. And mentioning the damage adds a new line so the privy mark mention got bumped off.
If you look it up on the registry, it actually DOES state it is envelope privy.

I've had a lot of coins graded with Imperial, I have had a lot of coins come back with environmental damage written on the slab, and yes, they are worthless you need to break them out of slab and sell them just as uncirculated. Coins that are at the end of coin rolls seem to get this grading, also you mentioned that you wanted a higher grading, you find that proof coins are rated between 70 and 68 and normal production run coins are graded between 67 and 62 all depends on marks received in the manufacturing process. Watch out for any marks on the Queens face or in any obvious areas they will get marked down, Regards.

Thanks for the update. Meanwhile Im finding it harder to get coins to noodle since the Aus post near me doesn't want to do it anymore and I've been knocked back by 3 banks they must have some sort of vendetta against noodlers.
Ive got a 24/7 bank teller near me where i can exchange notes for coin roles. They also are able to accept bulk coins in a machine too, but it often malfunctions so i go there during staff hours.

Hi PJ, I have seen another TH-camr asked for a Re - Grading with something they missed with the coin I can't remember who that was but it was fixed sent back FREE of charge it might be worth while sending it back for another grading? cheers. Stephen.

Great video! when slabbing the coins do you know when they put the obverse or reverse facing front of the slab. Is it basically when its the standard design the put the obverse facing the front? I see different for the different coins.
That is correct it seems to be the way.
Yeah I’ve got a A coin with the privy envelope it’s graded an it does say privy envelope in the description,, I think if you put more information about the coin being a privy in that description that you sent of to PCGS they would have graded it an put all the information about coin on top , that’s the thing with PCGS the more info you provided them then better for you , as they do know about a few australia coins , but would have seen to many of the A coin with privy envelope , they are American company an they see thousands of coins from all corners of the globe

PJ awesome result on the Incused Flag grading. What’s the turnaround time to get those coins graded? I bought the starter kits but haven’t got a chance to send them off for grading yet.

I wanna send coins off to be graded, but I think I'll just wait a few years until pcgs or a competitor gets an ai to grade them.
If you are busting uncirculated coins out of packaging for grading you really want a MS 65 or higher, otherwise value wont increase. A MS 60 will be worth a lot less than just left in packaging. You are paying for the coin, not the grading, so when buying its best to look for a high grade coin in its original packaging, so i am not sure how many people are looking to buy slabbed coins, when the price is elevated so much

It cost around $25-$30 per coin to grade

IMO MS is uncirculated, even if the coin has been in circulation. Anyone agree/disagree?
I guess those few first MS66 made you think almost every over coin was MS66 even though you show that its not :P
How do we know that PCGS didn't scratch it?
Note to all people sending coins to PCGS:
Care must be taken when placing coins into plastic sleeves. To ensure that your coins are not scratched by the leading edge of the plastic sleeve clear tape must be placed over the edge to secure the sleeve to a flat surface and the sleeve must then be separated so that the leading edge is both covered and firmly secured to a flat secure surface. Only then can one lift the sleeve and place the coin into the sleeve without risk of harm to the coin.
This is very important to understand.
One can not guarantee that PCGS take any care whatsoever with your coin so it is always best to photograph your coin prior to sending it to them.
Unless it something that is regularly faked, ungraded/authentic in slab is worth less than raw coin
