@@farrersideful We kinda do it before and after! We do 3 inspections on each coach. But it’s always best to service, prep and detail the coach just before the customer picks it up. Thanks for the great question.
Hello Doug , great video. Before I bought my motorhome l visited our local rv dealer and I was surprised at how dirty inside and out they are . I question the salesman why wouldn’t you clean this at least inside before showering this . Probably was a decent coach but turned us off on buying. I mean there was signs of mice in it , mirrored doors, hanging off the closet were broke , carpet was stained, couldn’t see out the windows, was bad . Anyway, he kind a double talk to us saying that they wait till they sell it to go through the coach, but I didn’t need to see everything like that , it needed too much of attention. Then it wouldn’t start.
Unfortunately I know what you’re saying. Been there done that as a retail customer Really opened my eyes. Sometimes we will take a trade that doesn’t meet our expectations and standards and it takes some time to get it sold wholesale. It drives me nuts just having them sitting around And I refuse to sell one to a retail customer.
Who makes a good sky light? Are you going with clear or tinted? I was thinking about replacing mine as it’s yellowing but it’s in the rear bathroom next to the master bed which gets annoying if you want to sleep in without closing the rear bathroom door…

Doug, Do you guys do oil analysis as part of PDI or before the PDI process?
We don’t do them as a normal business practice.

Why would wait for the sale, would it not be better to do your PDI/service fix everything so the RV is ready to go.
