Hey Kennedy. Not sure how dead set you are on Brooklyn/Manhattan. I’m sure a ton is going into your reasoning for those boroughs. But, just in case you haven’t considered it, Westchester county may interest you. You can easily get to the city using the Metro-North train. The environment will typically be a little more calm than the city, but still diverse. It’s right above the 5 boroughs and has its own bus system that accepts Metro Cards. Not sure if you ever visited when you lived here but I’d recommend New Rochelle or Yonkers.

Since u mentioned church Ave (lol ) u might be familiar with Sears on Bedford Ave and like Beverly rd . Well girl they took sears down and they building a hugeeee residential building . They even putting a Starbucks on church Ave next to target!!! I grew up in Flatbush since I was 7 and it’s crazy to see all this happening. Never thought this day would come. Gentrification is real! Lol
I wonder if you’ve done an astrocartography reading! They’re supposed to be really good for understanding where in the world you may experience success or challenges, etc. I know you’re clear on NYC and it may be interesting to see what else comes up for work visits and stuff! ❤️ Cheers boo!

The gentrifier buildings (lol I live in a rent stabilized one thankfully) are made of paperrrrrr. PAPER. It's brand new no one else has lived here and everything is literally thrown together. If you do go for one just pay closeeee attention everything is put together right (also noise thankfully I'm on the top floor so no upstairs noise but the walls are PAPER I can hear the bathroom on the 2nd floor).
