With the underage magic law, I'd think it'd have to be something more than repairing glasses, if even the minister was right there, he'd probably say how talented Hermione is and move on. So I'd assume they'd have a, within reason, type of deal, like is it just some minor stuff or are they using some big effect type magic. Also Hermione used it with a bunch of adult wizards around, and the ministry only tracks the magic itself, so they may assume an adult did it.
