Everything is so nice, you are a very beautiful family. You are very nice caring mum. And you share very beautiful and positive videos.
I would like to mention one thing, hopefully your son doesn't eat such food everyday for the breakfast. Eating healthy is so important, it is just same as which fuel you use for the vehicle. And the health of engine mainly depends on which fuel we are filling in.
In yoga we teach 5 points of Yoga for right health, means Proper exercise, proper breathing, proper relaxation, proper diet and positive thinking & meditation.
When the animal murdered they produce lots of anger, fear and anxiety. And when we eat it as food we take this to our veins. And it reflects in our physical and mental health.
I'm sure in USA you can get very good quality veggies and fruits. So try to start the day with nice veggies, fruits and nuts rather than the meat. Better to eat once in a while for a celebration or something.
I just mentioned it as it is my profession to help people not to get diseases, rather to traat once we got sick.
And I'm not saying that you are eating it everyday. Maybe you are not eating it regularly at all.
And please don't take this comment as anything negative, just gave an awareness that is all, just the way how you care about others. And really appreciate your all the love and care towards the world and to you.

God created all things for us ,we are interdependent on each other like plants and animals.Our teeth are designed in such a way that we could eat veg and non vegetarian.Anything eaten in a limit is not harmful for us.Whether it be meat fish veggies and fruits.
If you say eating non veg brings out the animal in us,what about Hitler.He was a pure vegetarian,but he was a tyrant and a mass murderer! why then so?
