Hold onto your knitted hats, people! This was another thrilling episode of the best knitting podcast on these here internets. Loved learning about mosaic knitting. The new segment sharing everyone's work was like being in a real knitting group except it's all over the world! Wow!
Love seeing and hearing about your Pressed Flower cardigan as I have that pattern and have already bought yarn to make it. It’s next on my list. Yours came out great and I loved your podcast!
I like that you highlight commenters' WIPs along with photos of the patterns or yarn they are using. Often podcasters ask what you are working on and often reply to the comments, but the rest of us don't usually know about them unless we read all of the comments. I often do read some of them, but not usually all comments, and I know a lot of viewers don't read any. It's nice, because it gives us fresh new ideas on yarns and patterns. I love your Pressed Flowers cardigan. I have wool caked up for it, but haven't started it yet. I'm working on the Ruth and Ruthie shawls by Jo of Knits n' Purls in Leo and Roxy sock yarn and also their silk mohair - purple yarn and creamcicle orange mohair for the Ruthie, and variegated purple yarn and buttercup yellow mohair for the Ruth. Proceeds (all of them) from the sale of both shawls go to LAMB, a charity hospital in Bangladesh.
Great video!!! I was surprised that this is only your second video. Very professional and well thought out! I have no notes. Just keep doing you. Love to see a newer knitter making a podcast (I’m a newer knitter too)also have the pressed flower cardigan in my cue and can’t wait to make! Just have sooooo many things I want to make and very little time. Lol. Have a great weekend!
Such a coincidence that I was looking at patterns I want to make so I can shop for yarn at Rhinebeck next weekend. One of the seaters I was seriously considering was the Pressed Flowers Pullover so your discussion about your Pressed Flowers Cardigan was timely and helpful. Welcome to Knit-Tube. I am always happy to find new voices to listen to. I am currently working on the Simple Sweater by Tin Can Knits. I am using up yarn which is leftover from other projects so, instead of just a striped yoke I am making an all-over striped sweater. Also working on a pair of socks (Xmas gift) and I am working on the last row of a Mitered square blanket from all my Fingering scraps
I am knitting three Pressed Flowers hats for Christmas gifts. I am looking forward to knitting the cardigan and the small kerchief to figure out if I want to do the shawl. Nice vlog. Happy Knitting 🧶
O, I do enjoyed your podcast!!!! I am knittintg the Penny Gloves from Petiteknit as a palette cleanser. Next will be The Shift from Andrea Mowray. Just waiting for my yarn....
I'm so glad I came across your video! I have wanted to make a Pressed Flowers cardigan for a while now and even saw one "out in the wild" this summer in Europe! But I saw a few youtubers saying that it was a real slog to knit and I'm not a very experienced knitter so thought I should steer clear. The fact that this is only your 2nd sweater and it looks amazing has me recommitted to make it too! Thanks so much for a great video from a new subscriber!
Beautiful sweater you are wearing. I have only made two face cloths and haven’t started an actual ‘written pattern’. I saw a a gorgeous scarf pattern from Helen Kennedy Designs called the Always Be Brave Shawl. It’s what made me want to learn how to knit. I ordered some needles and hope to start the shawl soon but it’s not a beginner pattern in my experience so I may have to practice stitching more first. Take care.

Another great episode! Enjoyed seeing works in progress - the dark green mosaic pattern is soo beautiful 😊

Thank you for your kind and thoughtful comment! I will definitely be checking out that yarn, it sounds amazing.
Oops. I meant to say Jo of Twinset and Purl. I was mixing their name up with a different podcast I was just watching.
Wow that pattern is fabulous!!
Worked on my men's classic raglan pullover by Jane Richmond while watching this episode.
Thanks for the content!

Have fun at Rhinebeck! I hope to make it there one day.
Such an amazing sweater!!🎉❤
Congrats on your podcast! I love this cardigan, especially the colors you chose. I definitely need to add this to my library!
You should! I love having it to wear!

Thank you for your comment! I'm so glad you found my video too. I hope you do knit the Pressed Flowers, I would love to see it if you do!

In my experience it’s great to just dive in! Don’t be afraid, if you make a mistake you can just rip it out and knit it again. Enjoy the process!
I forgot to say I am currently knitting the Stick Season sweater by Rebecca Clow using Estelle Double Knit yarn
Oh that is a nice sweater, what yarn are you using? I am also obsessed with the Noah Kahan album of the same name.
By the way you are extremely beautiful 😍
