I don't have him yet, but based on his kit, I think he can have a unique interaction with Harima. Harima's passive also makes demonspawn champs like him only be able to weak hit... so unless she has block passive skills placed on her first, he can't place debuffs on her with his A3. BUT if you target another champ (like target UDK directly), he'd likely spread block passive skills to Harima, and make her vulnerable to crits from his alternate form, which makes him a decent Harima counter despite being a demonspawn champ.
Very happy as a F2P (3 years) that I have been able to get Karnage. Just waiting for next PR C v C but will build him in SS and Lethal for Arena! Thanks for the tips Ash
@manosbaroulakis9446 having him doesn't mean you're a Kraken. He's free and Cursed City is doable even for F2P if yoy have good amount of gears to rotate
Yup Ash totally agree he is so underrated in Live Arena and good reason I mop many teams in Live Arena Gold 2 :). Pair him with Vulkanos and you will see then counter attack combo :D. Reason is that both of them have counter A1 that triggers like crazy and they both smack. Many of my opponents are left probably speechless in like what happened they attack Duchess and they both trigger counter A1 and kill that champ. I am waiting to get good relics for both of them and put sockets that add additional damage when doing counter attacks.
i only have a one star blessing on vulkanos, with that hp burn blessing, it does a ton of damage, i can't imagine how much better it'll be at six stars.
@@notsofastahole Yea I have 3 star on my Vulkanos no luck for now on higher star and on Karnage I only have 1 star so with higher awakening I get lots of attack, defence, crit damage and accuracy. With Vulkanos and Gizmak in team they burn though Stoneskin like crazy. Especially useful if they try to take many turns before me :D
My thoughts exactly. I use this champion all the time in arena. The block passive/active skills plus spread is op. Plus, he can block revive if enemies have 3 or more debuffs. Just so good. Folks can continue sleeping on him all they want. Just waiting to finally get a decent soul for him.

I got him build full ss, low speed, very high resistance accuracy and attack... hes just a monster... that counter attack is something else... remove everything, spread everything and when he gets a turn hes ready to lock or nuke whatever you want
Completely agreed. His kit is complex and it took me a while to get my head around all the nuances of it, but he's my go-to nuker now and he's just amazing. I went attack, attack on boots. He's fine to go slow in stone skin - he just get a lot more counter attacks away before he takes a turn lol
IDK what people were on about when they said he wasn't as good as it looks on paper. Same way back in the day some people and cc said Fenax was mediocre . It just shows that you shoudn't take peoples opinion as a fact value but test and try it yourself . In raid There are multiple ways to build a champions which can bring great results. For example I struggled to clear Knight revs faction few years back (it was hardest faction at the time since it had limited options in champs) Till i tried 2 Lua's in stun set and it worked wonderfully .

Yo , just in case i try mine in a build like this and it didnt work for me (mby lack of items) but i put him in stone skin+ full spd and acc with sniper instead and is a huge way to control every meta out there so u have this option also

Hey Ash, long time viewer and just wanted to give you a heads up because you are one of the few that talk about this stuff from time to time. After 4 years, I finally quit Raid. Thinking of the sometimes rants/exhortations to do better you have, I looked seriously at why. The answer I came up with was ultimately time vs enjoyment. It is a good game, maybe even great. No denying that. But the thing is, if I'm going to sit down and have a gaming session, it's not going to be a mobile game. It's going to be a Heroes of might and magic, skyrim, fallout, cyberpunk, final Fantasy, flight simulator, etc. Raid is too big to just be a mobile game, but it's not fully functional/interactive enough to be a game you can really sink your teeth into for a play session. And for a strategy fix, they're are other games that don't require dramatic investments of time. And if I had to choose, which I did, I chose other games that I enjoy spending my time in more, was able to dig in and fully enjoy, or play and go along my merry way. A lot of the other things that have been mentioned previously in various videos were factors, but that was the main one. In the end, the juice just wasn't worth the squeeze.

is Seal a distinct debuff or "the minor version" of Master Seal? if the later, does the Blessing "Nature's Bounty" affect it or does the Blessing explicitly call out the debuffs it upgrades? Also - Feral gear or Stone skin for the protection?
I've not tested it but I believe Nature's Bounty is the only way Master Seal can be applied, at least right now. Given that in the glossary it mentions the two as being two versions of the same debuff, I have to imagine the blessing works.

I love loki. hes my go to answer for amius. I use him as bait for his a1 nuke in second form with low hp and high defense. Loki just evades it with ease
I used to struggle with Amius too, started around same time as you. HP burn + activation, heal reduction and block debuffs help a lot in that fight. Venomage and Minaya have been massive for me against Amius. Bring someone with 5-6 star blessing, 4 will do too i think, just make them your lowest HP champ on the team and make sure you cleanse all the debuffs before Amius does his A1 alternative nuke. If you survive that put on block debuffs, when he swaps back to normal form and tries to stun you should be good. Then just put heal reduction. Also if you can bring high level brimstone is a massive help. Good luck!

Hey ash! I love the content and have been watching for a long time, like since the COC days lol. I had a theory craft experiment for you. I recently started a F2P rares only plus inspired by adventures of adam and my biggest goal is to earn Marius. Only problem is, who knows if its possible. See you have to clear stage 10H of all dungeons, which includes FK. I know you can earn mikage and if enough leggo dupes, lanakis and I know yakaral is awesome for it but I was curious (this is finally the question) do you think you could craft teams using only permanently available champions to clear the 10H dungeons?
I wonder if it’s possible with Quintis, Mikage, Mithrala, Yakarl, and Drex. Mithrala in faultless defense and having yakarl use his a2 after mikages ally attack. The boss would have to take a turn for faultless defense but there’s probably not enough damage/sustain. Maybe some guardian gear?
Can someone help me, I'm trying to do the arbiter gear mission and I have to equip two attack champions with 12+ gear. Each gear has to be attack% as the substat, the only problem is, that they dont have a shield with attack%, so how do I do this? Can someone help me

clearing cc hard every time since month 3 - got a 1 star soul - cannot use him, as without souls he is pretty weak. And all for the Cursed City hassle - they need to guarantee a soul upgrade every month...
Cursed city is so hard when you don't have 100+ champs maxed, every 2nd stage I got 0 useable champs and the others after that one would ne doable. I also got almost no awakenings so I only get 5 points per rotation. So it takes me eight years to get him. Yay. Really hope some good pulls will change something
I feel bad for you guys for sure, but think on the bright side. If you stick with the game you will definitely become very powerful over time. I been playing since 2019. I have not spent a huge amount over the years like most content creators, but my account looks like i did mostly because of time. I can win most tournaments i really want to, or complete events when i want. I say all that to say, have fun, with what you can, save resources as much as possible. Don't treat this game like a job, there is always a new champ, so over the long run you will not really miss anything.
He can lock galathir, nais... siegfrund... any reviver... remove ss... spread debuff and nuke like a BOSS... Karnage all day 🔥 hes just not made for 80% of the player base... hard to get... hard to put blessing on and hard to built
I don't understand the Loki hate, I'm a big fan of his. Skeletor certainly isn't S tier but he's a solid champ that can help, especially in progression and Sintranos

I can't be the only one rewatching this video. There's a lot of nuance to this champ. My biggest hurdle was that tuning his gear is going a long way to making him shine, most accounts aren't saving a lot of ACC specific attack gear...The gearing question in the video makes me think just having a 2nd mid-game account might make recording your vids easier, Ash. Then you just send your best on your main account, and do a mid-tier showcase on the alt...Still milking that Scyl joke!

i have been down with skelly since the chase, he is a sleeper that people overlook because everyone is about the meta. i like creating teams that shouldnt work but do, just so i can piss off sweats in live arena

I still have zero mythical on my account one of the epics is avoiding me for Mikage, and im far of the other 2 "free" ones, and ive pulled maby 40 primal shards in total since they was introduced, and i bet that when i finnely pulls one its going to be one of the crappy ones with niche use.
Looks fun, but sadly another whales prize. To progress cursed city hard on those red rooms you need stacked 3+ awakened to even ATTEMPT the room. Thats not even considering the actual champs and gear. All that said thank you Ash for this video and your positive energy is appreciated. Gives me another goal to push toward achieving in 9 years
When you speak about the 2 mythical champions that are obtainable you are forgetting Embrys. And at my current progress in Sintranos (for Karnage) and at collecting Embrys fragment, I should get both at around the same time.

Man I would sure hope that a Mythical Champion that is this difficult to get would be Godlike. Considering it will take most 'normal' players well over 7 years to even THINK about being able to actually farm him.
Im lv 86 so i don't have alot of champions much less built so im getting about 25 candles a month currently at 75/500 mean while im at 25/100 from Embrys at this pace i will get karnage in January 2027 haha
Love Karnage. And mine is not even in great gear yet as my damage gear is spread a bit thin with how many nukers are in the game. His debuff spread is sweet in Hydra.

Yep, he's one of my main nukers in LA as a good way to counter a lot of meta champs with his A3 in form 1.

Atk % can only be on gloves, chest, or boots. Not on a weapon, helmet, or shield.

When you speak about the 2 mythical champions that are obtainable you are forgetting Embrys.
And at my current progress in Sintranos (for Karnage) and at collecting Embrys fragment, I should get both at around the same time.
Attack UDK with him and spread every Debuff. 🙂

Man I would sure hope that a Mythical Champion that is this difficult to get would be Godlike. Considering it will take most 'normal' players well over 7 years to even THINK about being able to actually farm him.

Love Karnage. And mine is not even in great gear yet as my damage gear is spread a bit thin with how many nukers are in the game. His debuff spread is sweet in Hydra.
I use him everywhere, 9k attack in alt form so hits like a truck with 500+ acc so can also disrupt in base form

So basically I will never be getting him. Amius just isn't worth it.
