My bullet gearbox has a problem ..... when downshifting (eg 4rd to 3rd or 3rd to 2nd ) the gear is not engaging .... have to downshift the gear 2 to 3 times then only the gear is engaging... also some times upshift also is not proper any ideas bro

Front Fork valve port Spanner PED 2026 ST 2. Piston pin extractor PED 2017 ST Your help and suggestion will be of great help. Thanks.
When I searched for special tools I got a contact form eBay UK. There the product is shipped from Delhi. Through that I got the contact of Delhi supplier from whom I got these products.

Company recommends vedol 00 grease , it's a semi-fluid greas. But nowadays it's not available. So we can use grease with 150ml(approximate) of 20w50 oil. Beware that too much of oil makes 'tik' sound while changing gear

It's not possible to do the conversion in old bullet 4 speed gear box. But we can use 5 speed gear box available for the old one.

Mix 140 grade gear oil with grease , mix thoroughly and use, very good results.

Thats not the way you fill Grease... That's Why most of the 4 Speed ⚙ box 📦 end up shifting issues... Blend it with 140 Grade oil and fill it.

Watch my video. How gear system works. You will get some idea. Noise is due to the 2ND and 3Rd gear position push the sleave shaft towards main shaft.
