So my thought here is, he had normal coloured skin, but it became blue-grey after he was turned into a cyborg; supported by the fact Victor also has grey skin and is very obviously a cyborg/has mechanical parts. That also explains why we don’t see his face in the trail; Vanora hadn’t seen Vincent (or at least has no memories of) prior to his crash. Plus Vanora, also has blue-grey skin, and we know for certain that she’s also a cyborg (due to the death screen with robotic parts + the identical cyborg in the lab). And following this line of thinking, that would make Draco a cyborg as well due to sharing Vincent’s skin color + his eyes turn black with white iris eyelights, similar to Victor’s, when he confronts the MC, implying his eyes are also unnatural.
this is a good theory BUT in ch4 we have the college flashbacks and they both have the weird skin color. i think its more a style choice/color pallette choice than an actual game detail BUT this is still a rlly good catch!!

NOTE: The plot is NOT canon anymore, the only one that is canon is the Virtual Novel Version!! Similarly, the original plot was Vanora investigating the mansion, originally it was Draco the one you meet first, but later replaced by Victor in the visual novel. After you solved all of the puzzles, Vincent congratulates you for "solving the mystery" and his cyborg form will be revealed. The game asks you to run after that and he will get a 2 second cooldown, and then goes really fast. He has different dialogue in some rooms like for example "Want to try some ice-blood cold martini?" if you meet up with Draco in the room and you will die there. Once you go back to the Myers lobby Vincent tells you to "Go to hell" after you escape, later on The Janitor shot him and askes if you want to shoot him. If you pick no for example, Vanora and The Janitor will die in the process and Victor and Vincent survives. Let's just say the Visual Novel version is the remaster of the original prototype. And fun fact: He owns a piano
