Looking to relocate or make a move in the Bella Vista area. Reach out to me at, 479-319-7229 or Anthony@IGNWA.com I would to have a conversation how I can best serve you.
I graduated from Bentonville HS 12 yrs ago and currently live in Pea Ridge and might end up moving to Cave Springs as it’s also growing there. I love the mountain biking trails. As well we are about to get a pro soccer league in the Lowell area can’t wait.
I kid you not I was showing property in Cave Springs as your comment popped into my inbox. Lol I was over at Hyde Park. If I can be of service with your move across town by all means, feel free to reach out anytime. Happy to serve my friend.
Great job. 👍 So here are some positives and one negative that were not really touched on. There are 4 beautiful seasons without any real extreme temperatures normally. Beaver Lake is a good size and beautiful yet hardly ever crowded. Roaches and Mosquitoes are very minimal. However (here is the negative) in the country and on the trails there is an abnormally huge number of ticks. They are however not a problem at all during the winter months.
Great input my friend. For me personally…mosquito’s over Ticks being a “problem”. To each his own, right? Thank you for the great comment and thank you for watching! Be well Sir!
It’s not a big area lol… It’s funny when people move here the conception of space and location thinking it’s more spread out but it’s actually pretty compact
If renting a house you’re looking anywhere from $.85 - $1.20/ sqft a month depending on location, schools, home features, pets, etc….for apartments…not sure. What info on rentals are you looking for specifically?
@@LivinginBentonville I am looking for something I can afford. I have to be out of my home by the first of July. I have 2 dogs, I'm 66, live on 900.00 monthly. I'd like a little place close enough for transportation to do shopping, as I don't drive. I'm really doing this because I feel being led to. I live in SE Oklahoma & have for far too long. Antlers to be specific. I'd like to move close to the Hot springs & crystal mines, I'm basically alone. I have only myself to depend on. My dogs are a must, I've had them since birth. They are well behaved. I'd appreciate any help you may offer. Thank you for responding.
Thank you for that explanation. I would recommend you reach out to a realtor or property managers in the Hot Springs/Crystal mines area. This channel is about bentonville/Northwest Arkansas near the Oklahoma/Missouri border… It’s quite expensive to live here compared to the rest of the state of Arkansas. Total household budget of $900 a month you will not be living near much of anything like transportation or shopping with housing here being quite pricey. All the best to you my friend.
My friend, I would encourage you to do a little bit more research as from what I understand Arkansas does not tax Social Security income. I do believe they tax, Social Security disability… But maybe that’s what you’re talking about?
If I was you, I would visit with your CPA. I am doing Google searches to find out information but maybe Google is not up-to-date with recent tax code. Definitely visit with your CPA.
Lol. Right?!?! They couldn’t have told me 3-4 weeks earlier? All good. Haha Hopefully someone watching will see these comments and or other videos where we’re talking about Costco… I know my family is excited :-)
@@LivinginBentonville I'm not sure if it's true or not, but I heard Rogers didn't want to upgrade the intersection that would lead into it as it would've been for a store in Lowell that would bring tax revenue out of Rogers. My guess is Costco will pick another plot of land except this time it will be inside of Rogers
No, its not. I'm ready to LEAVE Bentonville/NWA because it shouldn't take 45 minutes to go from I49 and 102 (14th) to Walton Blvd. And these idiots can't drive worth a hoot. The past year has been the absolute worse. So, if want to live like you're in a major metropolis like Dallas...then its for you. If you don't want the big city issues in a small town...don't move here. Oh, and the taxes are terrible. They actually tax your personal property (autos) like real property (real estate).
As in that something you would like to know? Feel free to shoot me an email text or call… Information is in the bio and happy to help provide rental and home prices specifically to what type of property you are looking for
The Walmarts in any other city/state are better than in the home of Wallyworld. I get better choices/products in a remote locale like Lake Havasu City, AZ than in Bentonville.
@@shelleythompson-brock6412 sure think what you think. I guess I shouldn’t be working in that specific area of the company then if I don’t make sense 🤷🏻♂️
@@naxanderfr9 Finally, you made sense with your last sentence, which you clearly demonstrate the inability to form in a grammatically correct manner. That clerk job has given you delusions of grandeur.
You are 100%, correct… However, the property taxes In California More than cover the difference of 2 to 5 years worth of sales tax difference you would spend on consumer goods in Arkansas….cowboy math. Oh… And we can have gas powered equipment here too lol. :-) Come on over, we’d love to have you. Thank you for watching

I’ve lived in Bentonville/Rogers my whole life
Nice!!!
We are looking at this area. Big time biker. We also love hiking, are there hiking friendly trails too?
All of the single track MTB trails can be walked/hiked as well. Just be respectful with proper trail etiquette. Thx for watching!
I’ve seen all these locations so many times

I was thinking of moving to n/w Arkansas but I heard they tax social security. As a senior that is a deal breaker.

They have now cancelled plans for Costco in Lowell.
Yep. A bit of a bummer. Some rumblings about the land deal falling through. Hmm I wonder…. Lol :)

It was beautiful, 30-40 years ago, when I was born and young and free. Now it's all traffic, noise and no privacy.

What are some of your favorite places?

Interesting… I wonder if it has something to do with regional manager, availability of product, seasonality… Etc. Thanks for your input.
I work at WM and products are different based on cities or states. It all depends on the type of traffic it has around its surroundings.

The sales tax is higher than CA. That is shocking. Income tax should be illegal so hopefully that goes away.
