He sold his soul to devil back in the late 70s while working at a kibbutz....there he was recruited by the Illuminati, and he remains one of their little puppets. See the back cover of 'Seven and the Ragged Tiger' for the same symbols used in the 'Satanic Bible'

Love Simon he's got agreat sense of humour hugely underrated talent guy.Iv been alife long fan from 1982 heard Duran Duran first at work wow great new unquic sound, then totaly blown away when i first seen DD espically Simon on top of the pops he was not just talented guy but but totaly gorgeous he could have been an actor.. iv been hooked ever since took three generations of my family to see them in Dublin in June 2022 and they where totaly taken away how good they really where couldnt believe got front row iv been so luckly to see them three times.Glad they proved all them jealous sceptics wrong 44 plus years proved they where more then good looking guys in frilly shirts and make up and eventually introduced into the rock and roll music hall off fame well done Duran Duran long over due in my opinion.

Yes, but he didn't want to be an actor. He said he preferred "working from his own script". Besides Hollywood ruins actor, the best and the hottest are either dropped early or blue-rinsed and reformed into something yuck and charmless to fit in with the rest of the plastic ken dolls and over-pumped losers that make up the world of film. Besides we'd never have had one of the greatest voices and bodies of work ever, had he been an actor.

But it would take that look. Americans only get music that's their own crap. It's all c/rap, country and vile power ballads. Look all the crap that's been in there forever. The place was only created for vile madonna shit anyway, that bitch likely owns most of the building. It's an edifice to crap and we all know it. Duran barely make sense in it as mainly they are WAY TOO GOOD FOR IT! In a normal world, they'd be among the 1st inductees, and it would be a proper honour as it would reward talent.

He's old, like me. lol He looks older than his age, and so does all the band. Time is a bitch. He can sing but not as good as when they started out, but that also comes with age. Sorry to say, but reality is a bitch, too. Most that go to concerts are looking for the nostalgia of their younger days.

Arcadia is simply the name of an Duran Duran album-"So Red The Rose" is just the rest of a title behind a colon and DD's name is simply on the cover in invisible ink. The fact the guitarists didn't want to be there is not the record's problem, and nor did it affect its quality, unlike the album before it they were all there and suffered from too many ideas, very few of which formed into excellent songs that made any sense and sounded timeless. THIS is album 4, not "Notorious", which is album 5.

Makes a change-cos all their so-called fans ever seem to say about each record outside is that dumb falsehood that they're "not as good as back then". Please, "Seven Ragged Tiger" was done back then, no album ever came near to disappointing like that one did, even if "Astronaut" or "Medazzaland" accidentally tired in places for 2 very different reasons.

For a band that once , Simon was onboard , they pressed ahead by playing in was classed as a happening club the " Rum Runner ," they were fortunate , like many other solo acts & bands from Birmingham didn't feel the needed to travel to London to make it in the Music Industry but this was again , fortuitous , as the band could play Live in the Rum Runner Night Club & again they just seemed to be at the right place at the right time & though they parted ways with their Managment Team The Berrow Brothers saw that they could play Live at The Rum Runner if they took various jobs within thar Night Club & when I heard John Taylor was a Licensed Steward aka Bouncer I just couldn't picture him being able to do that job & though many Bouncers that do this , you never ever hear of the great things Bouncers did & the name along with the rep could be very hazardous for those dealing with customers on all types of illegal drugs & along with alcohol taken on the premises could easily see a quiet customer just for fun turn into an uncontrollable head case...
Anyway , most Duran Duran Fan's know by now as much as they wanted to know about each member of the band & there was one avenue , when I heard about it , I hoped would transpire was having cult hit UK Band " Japan " produce one of their albums & I've occasionally wondered how that would've turned out if the members of " Japan " had decided to do this but Japan were imploding by this point because lead vocalists " David Sylvian " had too long become a dictator & the members of " Japan " split up , so it was best that any production by the members of the band Japan didn't happen...
Many fan's of Japan forget that when they split up they been together for quite a good few years & they weren't a 3 album released & then split as they were wise enough to change their music & sound that felt & sounded like Punk but on coming out of that scenario was akin to caterpillar to a butterfly , as they reinvented themselves & became this newer more progressive band that no one sounded anything like them & the fact they had 3 to 4 great albums that came out of that period was a major achievement when you consider the benefit of hindsight was amazing that they stay together as long as the did...
The Band "Japan " just not meant to Produce an Album for Duran Duran & that Duran Duran would go on to conquer & gain millions of fan's world wide & for a band , not just John & Andy , that have seen it & did it all to the max they've come out of it still releasing Studio Albums & they all have aged so well which has also aided them in continuing to be one of the most prolific bands since " The Bestles " but I doubt that even Duran Duran can surpass what The Beatles had accomplished before splitting up & releasing each members own solo work...
I would suggest anyone that thinks they can hold off & see Duran Duran once the Tour a New Album again that it would be wise to see them & not put it off until they feel like they want to wait to see them , as they may have aged well but they are not getting any younger & they will , unfortunately , have to stop touring Live but while you can I urge those to go & see them Live before it's too late to do so..
Let's not forget that the Music Industry has been all but dead for quite some time I'm surprised that younger bands haven't seen this & seized upon this state of affairs as if there was a time to have a Top 5 to a Number 1 Hit Song it is now , as there's next to no competition but fan's of music will still buy music if the music is strong & has something to say but I doubt we'll see a sudden rush to see music as it has become a shadow of itself , as a lot of what would have been solo acts & bands just isn't happening...
I dont mean to be harsh but the previous & current generation have become addicted to so many various ways to enjoy modern gaming & spending hours upon hours on social media sites that they aren't living the life thru think they are on these social media sites but hey its a case of " Each To Their Own "
    .....
