That’s my Boat bought the bare hull from Bud Bender and put it together , if it’s the original engine it’s a 350 with a lot of head work the cam was changed the Christ Craft parts were used because it had the water pump and a good trans that would hold up, the trans was completely rebuilt used to swing a two bladed lightened 16x19 drag prop steel, the only bad was there was so much overlap on the cam the engine wouldn’t idle below 1000 rpms were are you located When I sold it the new owner may have swapped out the cam he needed a tamer running engine, really still looks good that’s the original trailer also, the exhaust is different used to run just plastic before no issues, the gill headers are the same, was a blast to drive but had a job related back injury which forced the sale am 82 know but would to have it again.

I was 10 when this was built. I used to walk by and watch Bud build them in his shop. I may have seen this built

How do you know it is number 88 built I have one around the same year trying to figure out what year it was built can you help
