The backyard and master bath are great. As for the rest of the house, the rooms look kind of small. Plus, in my opinion, the living room feels like it’s too close to the front entry. The house needs to be staged in order to get a better idea of the actual space. Though given the total sq footage of the home- it’s Def on the small side.

It’s really just a bar that carries water, can be pretty much installed in many different and creative configurations. They also come in different sizes. I thought it was neat, just didn’t really like the size of the home. My hubby and I are beginning to look for where we will be retiring. Florida is really nice, but the hurricane and compounding issues caused by it, is a bit of a downer.

It sold about 6 months ago for 1.1 M It was unique and the only waterfall home I have ever seen.

Look Northwest Cape Coral, that’s were the land is. I agree that 2 story in th e back yard was a tough sell, but it did eventually sell.
