That was so therapeutic to watch! Im currently recovering from foot surgery, so hubby did majority of the clean last week (i love cleaning so you imagine my state rn) - but my serotonin just levelled up sharing that satisfaction with you!!!
ooo what i learned from an app that im trying to practice more is when i give myself a time-limit to do something i add on an hour or 30 minutes to give myself leeway
First time i tried those ginger lime probiotic drinks it tasted odd. I like it now but the orange cream and strawberry cherry or whatever it was were the best flavors
A clean home is a great pick me up when you are feeling down. There's no better feeling than getting all fresh and rubbed down in lotion then jumping bare booty first into some clean sheets with a lit candle and a clean room.
Love that I stumbled on this video. The reset for the mind is amazing. I wonder what type of bugs? If it’s those tiny brown beetles it may be tobacco beetles and they’re in there from some tea bags, spices or wheat/grain you have in the pantry. Once you’ve tossed the culprit they’ll disappear. If it’s roaches then you need to check your door and window seals and try to do a full clean of the kitchen area each evening before bedtime. Get a treatment. They have the food grade gels that you leave in spots for ants and roaches. That will make them stop viewing your place as a good spot for chilling out. People get freaked out but you’ve got food, bugs come to try to live with you part of life.
