Hi, thank you for taking the time to produce such helpful videos. The manual I had with this system was fairly useless, so to have things explained in more detail is great. I would really value a walk through of 40** the heat part of the option list. Ive had the installation come back and install two zones (upstairs and downstairs), but unfortunately the whole system still seems to come on at the same time. I stumbled across a zoning section within the heating and wondered if this might be whats missing.
I have a lot of spare solar so tend to put the anti-legionnaires to midday on a Friday. Funny my old Daikin unit did exactly the same 11pm on a friday and took me ages to figure out why it went crazy at that time.
Hello, you skipped the Heat settings in the menu 40**. Is there anything else exept electronic mixing valve connected to the terminals B2,B3,B5 and TW4 sensor installed after the mixing valve to make it work? Because I am able to controll the mixing valve in the self test menu, but it does not work at all while heating is on. It does not open nor close to adjust the floor heatig temperature. I am using only one main wired remote controller thermostat as in the video placed in the area of the floor heating. Thank you.
Nice guide, just one question, my system had several radiations installed in a 3 bedroom flat, it only has single zone. I am finding it takes forever for the radiators to get warm, the main outlet to the radiators is warm and the return is cold, normally how long was it supposed to take for the radiators to start getting warm? Regards
Hello. I’m from Latvia, I have few questions about air water heating pump, which I can’t find anywhere to improve COP - Coefficient of Performance. I have both radiator and floor heating, but I only use radiators. And I don’t have DHW tank. 1. Should I use heating or auto mode? Which one is the the best to save expenses, and improve COP? 2. These low / high temperatures in outside, in Latvia we have like -5 to -20 sometimes, what temperatures should I set inside and outside limits ? Where and how can I find information about temperature limits in zones, what should I set. Can’t find good technicians that know about Samsungs air water heating pump. Thank you.
Hi. Ive seen two other videos now that say 202* should be set the opposite way to how you have described. eg, 2:42 minutes. 55 on left and 37 on right, for example. There argument is that "if the temp is low outside target 55c, if it is high outside target 37". On one video, by Freedom Pumps, he explains it like you then later adds a note at tht top of the YT video to say the numbers are back to front. I'm still not 100% sure which way it should be.
If it's colder outside you'll need the pump producing a higher temp as you'll be losing more heat to the outside and may not feel warm enough with lower flow temps. In warmer temps your property is better at containing the heat, so less heat loss and lower flow temperature needed to still feel warm.
Hi, are settings such as 25 for minimum and 45 for maximum enough for underfloor heating? Assuming we have low heating set after the temperature of 16 C and high at -1C
@Roman-zs9qm I'm in Cambridgeshire and for ufh i set to start with 45c flow temp at -3c external and 25c at 20c external. Depending on your pipe spacing and heat loss you can get down to 35c at -3c

If I dont want to use external termostat but outdoor temperatire on water law, what should i do?
Wo/Wie kann man einen Zeitplan hinterlegen? Also Heizzeiten/Heizplan hinterlegen?

Brilliant thank you. Well explained and will save me hours of being tied in knots trying to marry Samsung naming with UK standard names.😅

Can anyone tell me about setting 5081 PV Control? Use, or Not Use? An 8KW solar system is in place.

Does MWR-WW10N also measures temperature (does it have temperature sensor integrated) to measure actual temperature at the installed location ?
Yes, it does.
Hi, i have a technical problem, do you have a company i can call to get help?

Hi ihave porblom code erreur E109 help me pla
The weather comp settings are going to be costly. The best settings are 25c flow temp and 20c ext and 50c at -3c outside for rads or 40-45c for ufh.
