Very good video, and some lovely fresh content! The ultra-wide lens really seems to come in handy when vegetation blocks your view! Great timing to catch the two trains crossing together, and interesting how they seem to have repaired the hit wigwag on the right! 👍😁
Thanks! 😁 Indeed, very fresh off the uploads schedule. There was a lot of trains running, especially during the peak times. Certainly quite different to most of the other railway lines at the moment.
The busiest line in Kent, with sometimes some Thameslink services to Rainham (Kent), as well as a lot of Southeastern services from London to Faversham, Margate, Ramsgate via Westgate-on-Sea/Birchington-on-Sea. Nothing to say about this level crossing, except the pedestrian light :) Good video and good trains.
Yes, you're very correct. The busiest line and busiest crossing in Kent. The pedestrian lights were added back in 2016 so they're about 4 years old. Thanks! 😎
Ha, I live in Gillingham and I had to go and look up the road on Google Maps because I have never noticed this level crossing. Its surprisingly close to the station. I don't really live that side of town. It makes me laugh that Gillingham is on this "High Speed" route yet actually it isn't particularly fast. No faster than it ever was until you get up to Ebbsfleet etc.
This is the crossing that got me obsessed with level crossings lol 😂. Is there high amount of misuse here? If so I'm sure this crossing is at high risk if removal
One of my favourite crossings. Looks like the bent wigwag was replaced.
😎
Yes it was at somepoint. I wouldn't say this is one of my favourites but it's a good place to film plenty of trains 👍

this is a nice crossing. i like the pedestrian wigwag alot.
Yeah, there's four of these pedestrian lights on each side of the crossing
Yeah didn't know they have them on road crossings
In today's Britain I bet they will have to change them so there's a lady aswell
Great vid and crossing. I also saw this getting upgraded
Thank you ☺️ The last time something changed at this crossing was probably in 2018 when new LED lights were installed.
I love the fact that you still upload during quarantine
Well there's not really a quarantine as such in the UK anymore, so I can go out and travel 😁
I'm not being nosey but how long ago was this filmed. Thanks
The date is in the description

Great crossing! 😁 You were lucky you saw a Javelin and a 375!
Thank you 😁 These trains are very common here, and this crossing is the busiest in Kent
That's something I didn't know!
UK Level Crossings Channel explains why I’m always stuck
Great video
Thanks 😊

Oh yeah, I remember that crossing
Also nice video
Thank you 🙂
Nice vid!!
Thank you 😁👍
@@UKLevelCrossingsChannel No worries
Why did the front left barrier have a raise delay? Maybe a malfunction,or just simply the way it is programmed? Thank you for replying comments. 2:57
It didn't really have a raise delay, the motor is just not providing as much power and lifting the barrier up as quick as the others
This is the crossing that got me obsessed with level crossings lol 😂. Is there high amount of misuse here? If so I'm sure this crossing is at high risk if removal
I’ve seen more misuse here than at other crossings, mainly because the line is busy so trains are frequent
Have you ever filmed any crossings in Wales, if so where x
I've not filmed any crossings in Wales yet unfortunately
Late train?😁
Nope, both on-time 😊
Great video
Thanks 😊
