And just like that Lawton went from in debt and stressed about losing his house to a VERY VERY soon to be millionaire. Probably the best turnaround in this series so far. Literally a miracle to go from broke to no more worries ever in just a week

Omg. I am sooo excited and happy for Lawton and that he was able to become debt free. This was truly an emotional financial freedom challenge but also filled with joy and laughter. And it taught me that even if you get rejected so many times and you don't succeed first time in property, it's okay. You just have to keep going and enjoy every step of it because that will be what you manifest. And don't take rejection so personally but rather "failing your way towards success." Also, to enjoy the bad parts of property too and celebrate the small wins.
It also made me cry. And this again along with Evans financial freedom has made me feel like, this is definitely the type of community I want to be a part of.
Wouldn't call this a fail by any means. Yeah the rent to rent was like bashing head against the wall but the deal selling, the renovation of the bungalow and the development of the 6 new builds look great. Fantastic work Samuel and Lawton!
If property "management" doesn't work out he should get into modeling, he didn't look out of place with these stars.

I know nothing about selling deals, is there anyway you could show me, no amount of TH-cam helps me. I need to get the ball rolling and start in the property industry. I seems all confusing about the way to do things and all the different insurances and nitty gritty things in the middles that need doing.

Giving up day 2 was doubting yourself not doubting the process. Lawton’s the one person from the eviction that I would trust to know what he’s doing. This is a prime example of how working for someone else and relying on an employer gives you no security even when you’re in a great job with perks! It can all be stripped from you in a heartbeat. Keep your head up man and go smash it!

Fantastic video Samuel. Even if this 'failed' it was good to watch, it shows 'it won't always be easy', or, 'it won't always take 7 days' and that that's okay. Whether it takes 7 days, 2 weeks, 2 months, 2 years etc it does not matter, anyone can get there. Good to see a nice raw video.

Speaking with a landowner this week was the same thing - “you need to put your arm around him/her”
My partners and I bonded with a local landowner over how we’d want the whole area developed, how he’d like the neighborhood to be kept and the standard. This first plot is for a single family house and the landowner offered to not have us pay for the land until the house is built and sold.
This was all offered to us after 40 minutes together walking around the plot.

I love how when i tell people about this they don't believe, see you at the next meeting. Found you last night. Changed my life. I've grown up on the worst estate in Hackney London taking care of my disabled father my whole life. I have 7 quid to my name. I hope to change that Monday. I've had a fire in me since coming back from Turkey back to my life situation, head in lap in a exposed asbestos ridden dilapidated maisonette. I killed the poor mentality on arrival and ran like a train to change things but have been stuck till I watched your videos. Thank you for spreading health and wealth!

This is great freedom challenge, and I’m so pleased for Lawton...but...one of the absolute keys seems to be the existing contacts that gave the project a push? With all the best will in the world I wouldn’t have a list of investors on my phone list. Still absolutely well done to you guys though👏

Can I just say, I salute Samuel for his patience and empathy towards people. Samuel is financially free and he could of had an attitude when someone is not on that vibe or motivated to do the things, to get to where they wanna be (this could be due to stress and failures and by all means understandable)
,rather he is understanding and very patient and very persistent and helps them to put Good energy levels in them to make them go hard and get it and believe in them selfs and change them financially along with mentally as a person 💯

great episode - how does Lawton get the development finance for the final land deal? He previously mentioned he can't get a mortgage as a result of his redundancy, was it done through David's building company? thanks in advance.
