I have a Nitro 17, but the "W" key feels different when pressed. Apparently it doesn't have the same movement as the other keys.
This is normal, does it come from the factory for some purpose? Or do I have to make a claim to my provider?

The WASD keys are different than the rest of the keyboard, but to me the W key does not feel different when pressed. All the keys on this laptop that I unboxed felt the same when pressed. It might be different depending on the model I'm not sure...
