There is something I don't understand, I hope you can answer; I watched most of your videos and they are all very effective, but in one of them you advise "focus on leaning on the sternum", while in another you say "focus on contraction for appogio and the rest is enough". I'm aware of what you're suggesting since we can't do many things at the same time, and your first video is a bit old. Which one do you recommend right now? Which should I focus on? hi, thank you so much for asling that. you are right by questioning that. the readon why i have two different approaches are, that for some the leaning on the sternum does not work well or they dont feel it well. therefore i have my plan b, which is the body support. the reality is, that both are right snd both need to function as a cooperation. i prefer the leaning on the sternum and engaging chest resonstion far more, bevause its more direct snd works immidiately. but a good teacher needs to find different ways to adress you pupils needs.
