Actually, they exist in the same universe. Touko Aozaki transfers Shirou's soul to a new doll body at the end of Heaven's Feel. And Cornelius Alba was an Enforcer that purged the vampires on Alimago Island caused by Kiritsugu's father.

I got it from a site with Blu Ray rips, unfortunately they lack subtitiles however. I don't believe the site is up anymore since I made this video, sorry for the late response.
