Been working with this very concept recently: that it's ok to not be ok. I had of course heard it many times but found it much easier said than done as I worked on healing extreme abuse from my past. But I think I'm finally getting there. Dancing with my shadow and accepting it all. Been a long hard journey and there are plenty of "not ok" days. But I'm finally learning to be ok with that.
