no the entirety of the sliding tech won't work with rain of static, and to prevent rain of static all you need to do is space yourself out and block/parry the orbs
@wMaloz i didnt say anything about the sliding tech, the mantra is good without it anyways. Plus because of how little rain of static is used most of the people i fight have no clue what to do and end up getting block broken
@@artorialover45 1100 elo, I use it directly after parry trades and they usually try to roll cancel away and end up forced to block or they try and parry and get block broken
@@fivespade3036 no it means that we're basically hard capped at 1300 - 1500 because there isn't any high elo players (some players resort to VPNing to american servers so they can keep climbing)

While attless builds are boring asf so are mages that can zone permanently without having to tap F or M1 or Q and win off of 4 mantras. and the crazy part is, you don't even have to be mechanical, unlike an attunementless build which does require some mechanics.
I still got swept by good players lol. The build can be countered by just keeping your distance and parrying fleeting/ice chain whenever I pull them out

Lightning Impact has this issue where the enemy is put too far below you to hit them with glacial mobility, so it doesn't work out unfortunately
