So I needed a new headlight to work with the Acerbis SM front fender. I LOVE the look, some might hate it but it'll go great overall with the theme! Pretty much plug and play
Don't try to push them through, pull them from the other side...I found that if youstart them 90 degrees off, those big tabs can EASILY PULLED THROUGH with a pair of standard SLIPJOINT PLIERS. I do mean easy! Just pull one side of the thing through, then the other, then turn it 90degrees. No heating needed! I was worried that I would break off the ends, but they are tough and the pliers don't tear them at all.
Funny, only one was giving me trouble, maybe the hole was slightly smaller or the rubber was a bit too large. Anyway, nothing a pair of pliers didn’t solve. Lol
Just a Lille comment ! Like you i just prépare my hed light! and for the ruber bracelet! If you enter one corner and twist ,you can fix it With no problème !
Hello ! Nice video, can you maybe show me how you connect the wires? For what is the wire which goes to the small lamp? Have you also connected this? Thank you! Joseph
Since you installed one yourself, is there a way to install this on a bike without a battery? I have an old 1980 klx 250 and the original headlight fell apart with the plastics so I’m having to find universal solutions for it all
Hey Sir, could you be so nice and send me the link of the LED's you put in there? Im really wanna get this headlight for my old Yamaha xt 125 x, cause the stock one is such a tea light man. Would be great...
Has a shocking beam and poor light output with the stock bulb. I have one on my Honda xr250r. Fitted a 55/60w osram cool blue intense +20% bulb but its still not very good. Going to fit a led conversion. I have nothing to loose really.
Thanks for the tip to heat up the rubber mounts before trying to get them through the holes, that was a big help. Cheers!
You have a lot of really nice stuff, congratulations dude that's awesome.
Thanks buddy. Busted my ass for all of it but it's worth it

Hilarious! I was looking up on how to mount these damn rubber straps, as I’m struggling at this very moment. I’ll try the hot water.
Those straps were horrible lol

Yes it does

Would it sit flush with the stock fender
Yes you can adjust it up or down to make it sit flush
How the fuck do you get the fork straps into the brackets on the light it’s pissing me off
He said to run them under hot water to soften them up. You could also try wd40 or some oil to make them slip through the holes.
