Fruits and vegetables are great, but people need protein and fat to feed their brains and every other part of the body. So animals are needed both to restore the soil and provide essential nutrition. I hope cattle, chickens, hogs, and other animals that are edible and that naturally fertilize and regenerate the soil are included in these projects.
