That's great. I request of you can suggest which ball to be used for beginners. Single dot, double dot, yellow/blue dot?

I struggle real bad in returning serves that have 0 bounce from the side-wall almost really tight. Or high balls that are really close to the wall and the end up coming to close on the back wall so there is no rom to hit it

I found out how painful is from the wall technique if u get yourself with squash racket
