Damn,this was some narration and facts.The last part of the video was spilling facts,we as a tourist need to be more responsible rather than a bunch of jokers littering everywhere.Yes I agree with you about Devta culture as i have experienced the same when i was in upper himachal area.(I guess the place you were referring to was shatadhar).
It's heartbreaking to see manali like this,and hope it will heal very soon and rather than blaming Government for everything,one should help in this tough situation by donating to NGO's,Government or whatever means one can.

The main reason for this tragedy in himachal is western disturbances from mediterrean sea…. South se to monsoon har saal aata hi ha par jab west se bhi aata ha kabhi kabhi to jyada tabahi hoti ha aur iska impact hamesha himachal aur Uttarakhand me hi dikhta ha kyunki sare baadal yahi aake takaraenge to barish bhi yahi hogi ab to global warming ke wajah se ye dikkatein aur jyada badhegi
