Am I missing something do you have to go through bedrooms to get to each bedroom??? Also why is it so dark! As I prospective buyer why are the bathrooms so huge yet hardly no space in the living area, do they live in their bathrooms. Very odd house and presentation a bit messy. 250k US !!!!

This is way too expensive for houses in Jamaica. This is US house. The main thing is the economy flows off the stock market and prime interest rate, reasons being you can get a regular 1600 Sq ft home one year for 80 to 100 thousands, and the same house the next year for 200 to 300 thousands. It's not like that in Jamaica. The price is at a steady growth in Jamaica. You just have to know when to buy here. Therefore, it's not that intriguing it's more beneficial to build your own there.

It's not the first time I see that name attached to some houses for ridiculous prices that makes no sense. And to the person who did that addition to that house.... No man.... Boy, let me stop.
There's no wow factor, no air conditioning unit, no patio, it looks more like the low income homes that are built in the projects. Obsolutely no comparison to the homes here is the US. That's a joke for that price.

What is the square footage of the building? Surely that has to be the first thing you should mention especially since you are quoting in usd?
