That’s not correct 1) the prices actually started out at 270,000. They now are at 300,00 and up to the price you quoted. There are many styles and types. 2) there is going to be large green space next to lot 3 3) there is a club house currently under construction expected to be completed this summer. It consist of a gym, pool, meeting facilities and entertainment facilities.

The houses have zero character...no space to really build up the space if you buy it.... The whole thing looks like a lateral/horizontal tenament yard... Whoever came up with this concept did not think this thing through....
