man, you're amazing! Your control is on point. You just earned a new subscriber! you deserve this, and you really should keep this up. You were definitely meant to do this! Austin would be very proud.
Well. Almost every drummer is using triggers for death metal. Acoustic kicks bleed a lot into other mics, so having a practice pad such as mine or an e drum for a kick drum makes complete sense. Looks funny but it's way more practical if you're not using a kick mic.
@@AlexNourse52 Exactly, wish more drummers would just use pads or e kit bass drum pads, easier to move around but yeah it looks funny, who needs a kick drum when you are going 250 bpm over the speed limit?
Wtffff😍Great bro👌shame that you are not from my country...i have a blackened deathcore band called Denying God and we are currently looking for drummer😀Anyway...this is super beautiful ❤️😇
You running an electric kick pad with acoustic toms/snare? Do you prefer the feel or is it just easier than stuffing an acoustic kick drum with pillows?
Stuffing a kick with pillows is not necessary. Using pedal mounted triggers allows me to use little to no muffling so I can blend the kick and triggers easy with the same settings. The feel of the footblaster pad is fantastic though, doesn't have weird rebounds like an acoustic kick would have so it makes doubles a bit easier. But, I did track some metal for my band I, Satan the day before, and running no kick makes it easy to dial it in without an acoustic kick bleeding into the mix. Figured I'd run the same setup for a cover or two while I had it set up.
I gotta ask, how much of an improvement was the ACD unlimited UDL for those pedals? I have a set of Axis AL-2s and the UDL bearings are garbage and can't even grab the cam on the pedal correctly or it slips over time.

Second person I have seen use electric kicks instead of real bass drums.. First one was the drummer of Sanguisugabogg live using e-kit drum bass pads.

I'm available to record session work too if you need drums recorded.
I totally hope you get to make a living out of this if that's what you'd choose. Very good.
Thanks, I hope so too!

Buy all the ACD parts. Dennis is the man. Big improvements from the driveshaft. Gonna get new heel blocks soon for my pedals
Бро , ты просто пушка ) научи также 😢
Buena performance..exelente músico..pero porque el bombo electrónico?? Impactaria más si fuera en el acústico...
It's all triggers no need for acoustic kicks. Sounds worse at high speeds anyway
