Ryu, this game conditions all of us to hit every check point immediatly, but if you collected the coaster coins before, you could avoid doing it everytime you died. I admire your dedication though.

I mean, you would have had them if you died, and you could still get back up into the pipe. sorta agree with both of you. the good aspect of the level for the expert challenge of the platforming. the bad aspect is definitely lack of final checkpoint placements. aside from needing a checkpoint after the coaster, i think there should also be a checkpoint after unlocking the final door. (when you fight the baby bowser) because, as ryu said, if you mess up with bowser, you have to get all the keys over again from the start.

That's not bad level design. The troll was in fact designed brilliantly. He took into account that you'd have to go back to the start after dying with the key. The tediousness was clearly intentional and executed to perfection.

the gauntlets do add some good challenge and good levels, I do see why you think they are unnecessary, but they keep me trying at the same levels that i wouldn't have found before.

Pink is just a tint of red, so red is still correct. Plus, the red coins first appeared in SMW2, Yoshi's Island, where the hint block calls them red.
I'd watch all the uncut footage of him riding the coasters just to see him miss a coin he was collecting earlier, time and time again.

Geometry Dash 2.1 brought so many unnecessary things like Gauntlets and Quests but other than that yeah the levels are good
