I am a huge Jamiroquai fan! Love this live version of these two tracks... I really don't think there is a bad Jamiroquai song. Jay Kay has such a fun energy, and tons of talent. I remember visiting my parents for Christmas a few years ago and there was a Jamiroquai concert on TV that started at midnight. My Dad got up to get some water in the kitchen right when it was starting, and came to see what I was watching... he ended up staying up late with me for the whole show, just grooving and bopping the whole time. It surprised me cause this is not at all the kind of music he's normally into, but he got the vibe instantly... good memories of a fun night :-)
Not just that night, she was the supporting act for the whole tour and did Main Vein and Love Foolosophy with them in the main part. Absolutely amazing live.
@@dogsnads5634 really did have the tastiest live band in any sort of 'pop' arena in the nineties and prob since. It was a very good pop singer, hooking up with a dream team of session musos. those session boys are just a next Level. None of the other pop bands had that level of proficiency. I mean fuckin Oasis compared to that playmanship 😂😂
I fell in love with Beverley Knight just through her haunting backing vocals on this track. So cool to see her and Jamiroquai on the ultimate jam session that is Jools Holland.
how their album A Funk Odyssey didn't blow up in the U.S., especially with the R&B, dance & hip-hop crowds is just mind boggling... glad to see more of young cats now discovering em & their music today.
You prolly dont give a shit but does anybody know a method to get back into an Instagram account..? I stupidly lost the password. I would love any assistance you can offer me.
@Porter Cooper thanks so much for your reply. I got to the site through google and im in the hacking process now. Looks like it's gonna take quite some time so I will reply here later with my results.
This is Jools Holland OBE he is an amazing talented pianist ! His live shows are a Must watch on New Years Eve as well .So many bands /artists he presents on it . Space Cowboy/ Virtual insanity are other good ones from this group too + Vids are awesome too 😊👌 Lead singer is Jay Kay he likes fast cars ! 🚘
Songs so special, so captivating. And what a talent, what a voice . Jay Kay always gives himself body and soul and with the musicians it 's a real fusion... Jamiroquai is so awaited. 🙏Provided they can, and will....we love you
Beverly Knight in grey top and grey jeans singing backing vocals for him. In fact, all the ladies look 👀 nice as well as sounding nice. I forgot all about this performance on the Jools Holland show. Another good recommendations of this artist and his brand of disco funk. What about the group Tuxedo? Another good group that blends disco funk with a touch of Soul for modern ears! As I said to you before, you must get a billion request from your subscribers asking for this and that but I’m sure you won’t be disappointed with the 3 requests I previously recommended. So many of these artists remain underground and their music tends to remain underground due to the lack of air play. Anyway, thanks for sharing and it’s good that you’re open minded and willing to explore other types of genres you don’t tend to listen to.
The band is wicked tight! All Jamiroquai tunes have tasty basslines, wish I had seen them live! I know that Stuart Zender was the original bass player but I don't think that is him in this video but he created some of the coolest bass lines I have heard.
Beverley Knight singing Black Butta on Jools' show will blow your mind. And everything from Jamiroquai's first several albums should be everyone's list.
Thanks 😊 for a great 👍 reaction. I’m so grateful to be part of this musical family. I saw Jamiroquai in concert in the ‘90’s and Jay Kay put on a great performance. He has a lot of good energy and dance moves. I love the different hats he wears. And one of his bass players, Stuart Zender, who joined in 1993, is an amazing virtuoso on bass. He joined the band right out of high school. Check out Space Cowboy, Virtual Insanity, and 🦋 Butterfly. The genre is considered funk and acid jazz and they are from London. Keep safe and keep chillin’ to those positive vibes. Peace ✌️ Out. 😎🔥🔥🔥🎶🎵❤️-Patricia
You hit the nail on the head, Jamiroquai is a great way to start the day 😁 great vibe, great request and great reaction 👍🏼 The frontman has always had brilliant musicians backing him up. The early lineup/style of music was raw jazz funk with lots of swag. Check this performance out th-cam.com/video/KICsbm1JP8Y/w-d-xo.html 🙌🏽
Sadly he was alcoholic and coke addict. It ruined his career. He made a comeback about 5-6 years ago but by then he lost his voice and gained a lot of weight

One of his backing singers here is Beverly Knight, who's a really talented British artist in her own right

Travelling Without Moving is such a great album. Every song is brilliant.
And Beverly Knight as his lead back up singer that night too.
Didn't clock that. That's cool.

This entire album is 🔥🔥🔥!!!
Eh? What one?
Love Foolosophy and Cosmic Girl are on two different albums...

Little L, Virtual Insanity, Canned Heat, Space Cowboy, You Give Me Something. Just some of their other bangers

Wish they would tour the USA! I would pay almost anything to see them live!

Perfectly executed, so.much talents on this stage
This is the second Jamiroquai song I've heard. I like them both.
It's weird. I'm watching this years later. I love Jamiroquai so much more now.
Beverley Knight singing Black Butta on Jools' show will blow your mind. And everything from Jamiroquai's first several albums should be everyone's list.

The band and singers are so important
He was astounding live. Ptetty rare these days.
Beverley Knight there too, the singer giving it some at the back. An artist in her own right!
Love Jamiroquai.
Great to see the Dark Side of the Moon there in the background
Jamiroquai if fire af
Revolution 93 is another classic!!
Love Foolosophy is my pick me up song when I’m down or out for the count.
You didn't watch Virtual Insanity? The man's got moves. Besides the music he's also known as a dancer
Bons souvenirs. J rocks.
Space cowboy man ... It’s so relaxing and the video is nice 👍
Better when they performed it live IMO th-cam.com/video/IRTS9g88C7M/w-d-xo.html 🙌🏽
Check out their cover of Donna Summer's "Bad Girls" from Jamiroquai Live in Verona
Rocking with him sense I was 50 years old💃🏾💃🏾💃🏾💃🏾💃🏾

Good review. Good music too
Love this
❤
I'm dancing brother
Love this set, I’ve been to see a lot of live bands, and JK is probably the best by a distance
That's Beverley Knight right there too...
You so gotta checkout his iconic video, virtual insanity and little L, both brilliant
That was 2 songs 🎶 !!
The cat in the hat. Hell yerrr.
I liked Jamiroqui.
What's up Teez. Long time.
Check out his videos as some won awards

JK is the funkiest white artist in the UK since the AWB, check out AWB (Average White Band) Pick Up The Pieces, Love Jamiroquai (JK)
Shout out to Yoda
Or should I say to Yoda shout out we will
It surprises me more Americans don’t know and love Jamiroquai..
American people are about to discover they are not alone on Earth...
This song is about one of his cars, the Lambo I think.
It's actualy 2 song 🙂
I guess disco's not dead.
It's on life support
View count don't count. when you react to quality music no doubt
Sadly he was alcoholic and coke addict. It ruined his career. He made a comeback about 5-6 years ago but by then he lost his voice and gained a lot of weight
It was 2 songs not one
Me parece una falta de respeto que la gente esté descubriendo a Jay Kay y ni siquiera sepa lo que le gusta bailar.
