Well, I’m glad we won that first game, so we won’t be the first 0-17 team ever, but it’s sure looking like 1-16 is a real possibility at this point. This one was tough, to blow it against a team that doesn’t have its starting QB and looked like it couldn’t do anything right, really hurts. It’s starting to feel like things are going in the wrong direction. I hope Mayo can keep this team together and grab a couple wins, or it might get even worse.
Hopefully Drake is the answer, and this is just the dark of night before the day breaks, because this is painful to follow. I can deal with some bad years, but the o-line is starting to look like a systemic issue and receiver hasn’t been a strong point in a long time. Hopefully we can shore up the line in next year’s draft and develop some of the young WR’s so that next year they can field a watchable product.

This game was so atrocious it was actually entertaining. It was like watching an episode of Jackass.
