Reckon Paul got away with so much of his tomfoolery because of his position on the undercard in comparison to HHH. Hunter probably couldn't be bothered remembering who London was or what his name was for ages, perceiving him as one of 'the little people'. Until the repeated room-booking screw-ups caught his notice.
