I had the most bizarre symptom of noH and Parkinson’s when I randomly usually standing but not on standing up my legs would feel weak in the lower limbs and a feeling that the pooling blood in my feet was draining out onto the floor thru the soles of my feet sitting or lying down solved the symptoms

Fatigue and circulatory issues are not uncommon in Parkinson's. Are you drinking enough water and keeping electrolytes balanced? This sounds like an issue to bring up with your care team.

I think I have it but not sure. I get light headed and dizzy when I reach up like hanging washed clothes.
