Jenny - What a fantastic gift.👏 I used to cycle,however after my cancers - breast 2012and colon 2019- ( all found thru normal screening programme btw and treated successfully!),I gave up my bike 🥺 Last 3 weeks I have been in agony in my left hip and lumbar area-2 xrays showed nothing-bone scan..nothing however, a " lesion" was discovered on my 7 left rib!😳Would not have known about this only it showed upp on bone scan..Then I had a MRI- because I stood my ground and cried telling them "something is not right"- I was not leaving hospital until they discovered what the pain was!. Reluctantly they gave me a MRI- YES!..stenosis of spine & vertebrae compression on cervical & lumbar vertebrae.Vertebrae pressing on nerves! Nerve pain is agony day & night. Treatment option surgery- not keen as it "might not work'. So I'm home with zimmer frame (I'm 65 and always on the go my daughter is having a wee boy - first grandchild in October ❤️👶💙)!) & physio until they get my pain meds on proper regime. Ive been referred to Oncology AGAIN for the rib " lesion" which they described as possible bone metz😕 When u r talking g about pain Jenny, I feel so sorry...relentless pain is draining... and you are going through treatment too..Sorry for the long message- be reassured I pray for u each night and the other Apples 🍎 🍎🍎🍎 Love Bx🏴🇺🇸

Best investment we ever made besides buying our house was our e bike. We perm attached saddlebags to them and do the grocery shopping/ Dollar General store shopping with it. We use it anywhere in town we need to go, saves a fortune on car expenses. NOW. Let me get into this issue: E bike fires... They start due to people plugging warm/hot batteries into the chargers. WAIT. FOR. THE. BATTERY. TO. COOL. BEFORE. PLUGGING. THEM. INTO. THE. CHARGERS!
