Session Overview: Higher education is facing significant structural challenges that must be addressed through changes in educational accessibility policy and practice. Executive leadership often relies on internal staff and outside consultants to make change around inclusion and diversity. Getting buy-in that leads to execution for leadership trust, cultivating the right internal and external stakeholders, a business plan that fits into the current structure, doing your research, and having examples and case studies of other campus successes, most importantly packaging the pitch with the benefits. In this session participants will have the opportunity to learn from university leaders who have been put in a role with executive buy-in.
