Wonderful, wonderful, wonderful. You have done the Lehigh Gorge justice. I have developed a habit of editing my own videos before I shoot them. I was hoping to get out to shoot 425 this fall but it did not happen. The first four minutes of this video match my "mind edit" almost exactly frame for frame. Amazing. My favorite shot might actually be the one in the rain. It allowed you to see the bright red signals and it gave the headlight a nice visible beam. On top of that, you could see the light fixtures inside the coaches fluttering in and out as the windows demonstrated a parallax effect as the train passed. So many beautifully composed scenes here, it made me feel like I was actually going on a journey through the Lehigh Gorge. Bravo, bravo!
At 4:25 that’s quite possibly the best shot I’ve seen, with the best timestamp Edit, this information might not be accurate at all but 425 may have 2 PRR 3 chimes, one being an original K4, the other being a J1, which might be what is heard in this video.
