@@popsingerstar I think 4 is underrated. Sure it's a bit unnecessary but it concluded Woody's arc perfectly and it's a really emotional goodbye to the gang. I also love the animation, the opening explains the entire movie perfectly, Forky is adorable, humor was really funny except for that van scene ig, Bo is a badass now, and I love Duke Caboom. Problems was the slow pacing, the other characters had nothing to do, and Buzz's inner voice.

And the reason why Woody didn't go back to the gang is because he wanted to help toys get a better life like he helped Gabby Gabby fix her voicebox and find a new owner. i just went 2 disney world last week 4 my second time since i was seven in 2002. i went 2 toy story land & met woody & jessie!!! i met her first, gave her a hug & she took me over 2 woody. hes my favorite like andy & i gave him the biggest damn hug ever. i got their autographs & pictures with them. im 29 & have all the guys. woodys the first one i got on may 18 2014 at toys r us!!! i got him with me right now & i promised him i’ll always love him & take care of him no matter how old i am like andy did & like bonnie shouldve!!! i didnt care if i was 19!!! but two years ago i was sleeping with him & when i woke up his head came off :( i was as devastated as andy was when he ripped his arm in the second movie. i guess it was just wear & tear. i got it back on but now it shakes & turns a lot. & sometimes he doesnt talk when i pull his string & just says i was being loud. i guess thats just wear & tear too. im trying 2 keep my promise & never, ever, ever, ever break it. slinkys my second favorite cuz im a dog person & he was his best friend b4 buzz. when i play with woody & buzz sometimes i tell them they mightve said goodbye but theyll have each other & all be 2gether 4 infinity & beyond like it shouldve been as long as theyre with me. im glad toys r us opened some of their stores back up but i hope they open them all back up like they were gonna b4 covid. i still love it & toys
I just found out that TS2's is the only one without a fading effect, being substituted with a zoom-out effect. Ironically, the movie itself is also the only one where its ending doesn't have a zoom-out effect, not counting the in-universe bloopers since they're non-canonical.
