There is no set rule about how much you need to spend and there doesn’t seem to be any clarity on what will help you get a bag. However, generally most people are offered a bag after shopping there over months and even years. You may get lucky and suddenly be offered after one purchase but it’s doubtful. Therefore, if there are items you want to buy now go in and get them and don’t worry about the bag as you could spend thousands in one go and still not be offered. Whilst you’re there get someone’s name and number and build a relationship with them. You will most likely have to buy a range of items so expect to spend a lot of money before being offered a bag, spread out over a couple of months.

Unlike other cities around the world, in Paris you don't need any purchase history to be offered a birkin/kelly/constance IF you get an appointment via the lottery appointment system. (There's lots of videos on the lottery/appointment system if interested and I will film a video about this later this month). However just because you get an appointment through the lottery system does not guarantee you will get a birkin/kelly/constance. Your purchase history won't matter, although it could help, but I know of many people who received a birkin/kelly/constance at their appointment in Paris and they had never purchased anything in Paris, and one purchased just a lipstick.
To answer ana's question, no you can't purchase any bag at the 3 Paris stores unless you get a leather appointment through their appointment lottery system, even if you don't want a birkin/kelly/constance and you just want a garden party or picotin or any of their other bags, you will need an appointment for any bag in Paris.

I'm not 100% sure but possibly you could find out with the numbers/code that are on the inside of the bracelet. I think your best bet would be to go to the closest Hermes store near you. Wish I could be of more help but possibly someone else seeing your comment watching this video might know 🧡
