I've had this annoying cough that seems random and uncontrolled since I was a child. I'm now 30 and it also flares up when I smell things with a sharp odour or lots of dust. I don't sneeze nearly as much as I cough. I suspect it is an allergy issue.
Simple Tips for allergic cough in winters and high pollution time: 1. NEVER go outside without an N95 Mask or a good cloth mask. 2. ALWAYS make sure that your neck is also covered with any scarf when you go outside in cold. 3. START Taking Precautions from September Month every year. 4. ALWAYS WEAR Socks 24X7 From Mid September till February End to protect from cold. 5. Daily take steam with normal water atleast once a day or take steam with vicks etc. If you get cough or cold. 6. Even after you try to take prevention, if you develop just 1 symptom, take it very seriously. 7. DON'T drink milk or other animal products From September to March. Strictly avoid ghee, curd, chhachh etc. 8. BUY a thermos of 1 Litre Capacity and drink Warm water from September till March. 9. Drink green tea everyday. 10. Don't drink kadha etc. Everyday. 11. You can take cetrizine 10mg tablet on saturday evening, because you can be drowzy. So you can sleep on sunday for 2-3 hours more. 12. Sun Bathing. Everyday take atleast 15-30 minutes of sunlight, especially on chest. In winters, you can do it morning before 10am or at evening after 4pm (Not in Day Time). 13. Do neti kriya twice a weak. Search on youtube how to do neti kriya. 14. If you develop symptoms, then ALWAYS go outside with N95 mask or a good cloth mask which can protect from cold. Always wear a scarf on neck and a headcap when you go out side. Try to cover your ears also. Take cetrizine 10mg everyday or levo cetrizine. Keep wearing socks 24X7. Drink green tea twice a day. Eat vegan food only. (No milk, No Non veg food). Take steam twice a day. Stay Indoor. Take it seriously. If you feel any trouble, then visit your doctor.

Take a herbal kada twice a day. Take 2 cups of water, add 1 tspn Tulsi green tea (Indian organic brand available), add crushed ginger 1 inch, Cinnamon powder 1 pinch, black pepper powder 1/4 tsp, clove 2 pcs, turmeric powder or raw turmeric if available, add some 10 no Tulsi leaves. Boil the whole mixture till it is reduced to half. Have it with lemon 🍋. You can reuse the leftover mixture. Just add 1&1/2 cup water to the leftover mixture & keep it aside & reboil to use in the evening. It would take at least 6 to 8 weeks to show the result & increase your immunity as well. This concoction can be taken by everyone, even children. Just have it first thing in the morning & then u can have your regular tea or breakfast after 30 minutes. Pls don't consume this concoction just before the lunch or dinner as it might affect absorption of other vital nutrients like iron in the food.

I've had this annoying cough that seems random and uncontrolled since I was a child. I'm now 30 and it also flares up when I smell things with a sharp odour or lots of dust. I don't sneeze nearly as much as I cough. I suspect it is an allergy issue.

Simple Tips for allergic cough in winters and high pollution time:
1. NEVER go outside without an N95 Mask or a good cloth mask.
2. ALWAYS make sure that your neck is also covered with any scarf when you go outside in cold.
3. START Taking Precautions from September Month every year.
4. ALWAYS WEAR Socks 24X7 From Mid September till February End to protect from cold.
5. Daily take steam with normal water atleast once a day or take steam with vicks etc. If you get cough or cold.
6. Even after you try to take prevention, if you develop just 1 symptom, take it very seriously.
7. DON'T drink milk or other animal products From September to March. Strictly avoid ghee, curd, chhachh etc.
8. BUY a thermos of 1 Litre Capacity and drink Warm water from September till March.
9. Drink green tea everyday.
10. Don't drink kadha etc. Everyday.
11. You can take cetrizine 10mg tablet on saturday evening, because you can be drowzy. So you can sleep on sunday for 2-3 hours more.
12. Sun Bathing. Everyday take atleast 15-30 minutes of sunlight, especially on chest. In winters, you can do it morning before 10am or at evening after 4pm (Not in Day Time).
13. Do neti kriya twice a weak. Search on youtube how to do neti kriya.
14. If you develop symptoms, then ALWAYS go outside with N95 mask or a good cloth mask which can protect from cold. Always wear a scarf on neck and a headcap when you go out side. Try to cover your ears also. Take cetrizine 10mg everyday or levo cetrizine. Keep wearing socks 24X7. Drink green tea twice a day. Eat vegan food only. (No milk, No Non veg food). Take steam twice a day. Stay Indoor. Take it seriously. If you feel any trouble, then visit your doctor.

Take a herbal kada twice a day. Take 2 cups of water, add 1 tspn Tulsi green tea (Indian organic brand available), add crushed ginger 1 inch, Cinnamon powder 1 pinch, black pepper powder 1/4 tsp, clove 2 pcs, turmeric powder or raw turmeric if available, add some 10 no Tulsi leaves.
Boil the whole mixture till it is reduced to half.
Have it with lemon 🍋.
You can reuse the leftover mixture. Just add 1&1/2 cup water to the leftover mixture & keep it aside & reboil to use in the evening.
It would take at least 6 to 8 weeks to show the result & increase your immunity as well.
This concoction can be taken by everyone, even children. Just have it first thing in the morning & then u can have your regular tea or breakfast after 30 minutes.
Pls don't consume this concoction just before the lunch or dinner as it might affect absorption of other vital nutrients like iron in the food.

Sir muzhe 3 months se cough hai. Jab maine medication keliye gaya to Dr. Ne mujhe Levocet Tablets prefer ki uska 1 month coarse karne ka tha. Jab tablets leh raha tha tab cough pura stop hogaya tha. Lekin coarse khatma hone ke baad phir cough hona suru hogaya. Phlegm ( clear coloured) ka hai.
