Hey everyone and thanks for the continued support on the channel! Below is a link to my Ebay Store where I sell some of my duplicate finds! www.ebay.com/usr/adventurearchaeology
you prolly dont give a shit but does any of you know of a way to log back into an instagram account?? I somehow forgot my password. I love any help you can give me
@Jake Jacob i really appreciate your reply. I got to the site on google and im in the hacking process atm. Looks like it's gonna take a while so I will reply here later when my account password hopefully is recovered.
Brandon, STOP LISTENING TO WHAT IDIOTS SAY. They want everyone to be just as miserable as them. You have an awesome channel, and you make great content. Don’t let anyone tell you differently! Stay safe!
I agree! You can send the idiots a map of Alabama (from a gas station) and tell them to find their own.... Also caution them about water moccasins and other snakes.
18:51 I'm one of those who is disabled but I'm a bit younger at 43yrs. I really do enjoy all that you share and I'm grateful for channels like yours! God Bless you and yours in this new year!!💜🙂
The prices on your drinking glasses is absolutely fine with me. You could probably make a little more since you're having trouble keeping them in stock. I salute you for not telling us what your friend shared with you about polishing the lip on the glasses. You have my permission to charge more for the glasses ... I'll just consider a donation to the Brandon retirement fund.
This is funny to me. If anyone was interested in making glasses just search it up on yutube. Or pinterest. Ive seen many videos on it. I dont think it would hurt either of you guys buisness. Who else is gonna walk in the creek while its snowing for broken bottles to make glasses out of? Matter of fact until seeing your channel i didnt even know old bottles had value.
Congratulations on your finds!!!!! You are 100% correct when you said common sense is not so common these day. I love the shape of those try me bottles! My husband and I have been married since 1985 we were married young to. I LOVE LOVE LOVE the longer videos!!! I'm not over sixty though! LOL!!! But I am in my early fifties and disabled and I appreciate your videos so much!!! So THANK YOU for sharing these videos!. 😊💜🙌💙🙌💜😊
Seen you a few times and after watching you today I've subscribed. I'm 50+ and my biggest enjoyment out of your channel as with Exploring Alabama and others is not just treasures you may find but more so the serenity of nature. I love GOD's natural beauty especially the woods and creeks.
Thank you four comments about us older folks am one of those disabled elderly ladies who appreciate the content as well as your southern accent. Keep it up!
You need to stop worrying about what STUPID people say . They feel like everyone should be as miserable as they are . Scripture says woe unto those who call good evil and call evil good , such is the world we live in now . Do what the Lord and your heart tell you to do and enjoy your life , Ignore those who are dead on the inside . If you'll start giving credit to Christ as you should , the losers will flee your channel and God fearing folks will flock to it ten fold .
Hey Brandon, I wanted to say hello and thank you for your thoughtful conversation today. I find your videos to be very interesting. The historical info combined with your respectful attitude toward others is really what makes them compelling for me. I'm in the older crowd and though it's been a long time since I did any bottle digging, it's really enjoyable to spend the time observing where you go and how you go about it. It's not likely that I'll go out creek walking in Alabama or anyplace in the near future so I hope you keep it up! I like the longer videos but your explanation of your viewing audience, and job responsibilities makes it easier to understand the need to keep them on the short side. Good Luck in all your adventures!
The cadence of your voice when you was talking about the process of making the drinking glasses sounded just like the way Clayton talks. I miss him. He is always entertaining when he shares his knowledge on interesting finds. I try to never miss one of your videos. Thanks Brandon, your adventures are always fun.
Common sense is a rare thing today. If people would just think before they speak. Just think what would they charge. I bet it would be more. Cool videos keep going.
Thank you! Whether you are slinging dirt, in the water, or exploring the unknown lost in the woods, it is always fun to see what treasure you may or may not find!!! Unfortunately, the naysayers are out there. Let them be, keep doing what you are doing! Your adventures are purposeful and have taught me (& even the naysayers) so much neat American History!! Carry on Brandon, see ya in your next video!
Hi Brandon you are doing a great job making these videos. They remind me of where I grew up there was a lot of vacant land we would sometimes find stuff or find an old dump site. We would bring a bunch of stuff home and tell our mother look at the treasures we found. She would say "treasures my back side you take that back where you got it" she passed away 5 years ago. I still miss her a lot.
Keep doing what you are doing Branden. I starting your channel when I learned about it from Exploring Alabama. I am one of those guys over 60, I did what you do when I was a lot younger. I am in Northern California.
Wow I’m so impressed with those first 2 bottles. That’s interesting about your history. My husband was a CNC , family machine shop, now manages about 200. It a up and down business. Thanks for sharing. ~ Texas
Thank you for another great video. Love the history you give behind each find as we can all still learn something new everyday. Even the older folk like me. Anyone who comments negatively on your videos are mostly likely people who are unhappy with their own life choices and feel the need to try and bring people to their level. Just keep doing what you are doing your way as it the true way for you to go. Have a great weekend and please keep safe.
Im 38 bro and I love your videos I pay attention and I look forward to every one your doing a great job man ppl that dont watch you have no idea what there missing man you keep up the good work man and as far as the negative stuff that's just jealousy man let that go and keep being awesome like you are I look forward to your videos I promise you that
It was good hearing more about you. Man you did get married young but that's OK. You have been with her now 15 years. That's something to be incredibly proud of my friend. Too many today use love as a pickup line and throw things like marriage away.
Found my first & only Swamp Root in Waialua the last day of 2014. A big baymouth dump of about 1900 of a plantation town. The mill only closed in 1995. The Kilmers is a "Remedy". I just hit 50, and I like to watch your videos. I am an active digger, but am not always finding the rare stuff, though I do hit it sometimes. Around here, the drinking glass thing has gone up & down since the 1980s. Aloha and thanks for posting-screwy schedule and life makes digging trips sporadic of late
That day I had a unique experience. I was digging &sifting, finding "Period" and newer items. A metal disc I thought was a cooling fin from a busted A/C I dumped on my pile. Near the end of the day I was filling my hole, I took another look at that fender washer lookin' thing. It is a 1915 brass Territorial Motor-Cycle license disc, #8, and one of about 3 known. Just stoked.
Sadly you are right Brandon some people lack common sense. Especially the fool that said you were faking your finds. That embossed Elk is a beauty. Happy hunting and be well
This is Nic from Antique Bottle Glasses on Facebook. Another fun video Brandon, I love coming along with you on your hunts. Looking forward to the next shipment, happy to see them selling 😀
Great hunt, Brandon! This is Drift. Sorry for engaging the trolls on here and Facebook sometimes...I should probably ignore them but they just sound so ridiculous. I've been in the creek in the snow before, but that's easier to do here in central IL.
I think your drinking glasses are gorgeous and priced well if a little low. Where else is anyone going to find a 100 yr old drinking glass made from a cool old bottle?? I love the thicker glass and embossing! I also like how you narrate your videos; a lot of info, and history and how-to as well. 👍👍❤️
Thank you for the good laugh about the flashlight. It was needed tonight. I like watching the nature areas you walk through since I like hiking (but I'm very slow at it) and I just find it relaxing and the bottles you find and the history behind them are intriguing. Keep on doing what you are.
That’s so simple my friend. If somebody gives complaints about the prices, let them take their time to go to the creeks and start looking around, then do all the stuff that requires that bottles to end in a drinking glass. That’s all!!!👊🏻👊🏻👊🏻
Hi just wanted you to know that I really enjoy your river walks and I think the dunk in the river adds to the adventure. Wouldn't listen to the negative chatter. They are misable people that wouldn't enjoy anything anyway. Go have fun !
Your videos are great for watching at work, not so loud and in your face to be distracting, can glance to see your finds then back on task, so you get my full watch time most of the time!
I’m 22 and love your videos man! I have a small bottle and jar collection started but unfortunately it is not a very popular hobby in my area. Also, there wasn’t a lot of money way back when here so creek walks are not very rewarding. I find a lot of 1950s+ stuff. All of the older stuff I have is purchased from a flea market or trade day. So seeing your creek walks is like a dream to me because I can’t have as much luck here. Keep up the good work!
Would you consider doing a creek walk with us under water ? Or maybe make one of those buckets with a clear bottom and put the camera facing under water ? Thanks. Hope you have a great year !
Doing my part to help I watch and like all your videos lol Always love sharing your adventures. Nice finds. Found part of a volunteer shot gun from the 30s last hunt. Thanks for sharing. Keep up the good work.
if they dont like the price they dont have to buy them. I think its great to watch and see them being saved. Keep the videos coming. Im up here in Michigan never looked for bottles.

But I did go to Warlingham in the South London country , and found some nice old Victorian bottles . Love your channel man, keep em coming Fella GL&HH
Congratulations on the find! People are definitely crazy sometimes. That's why we spend our time in the creeks or on the water! Awesome video and can't wait for the next!!!
We’re in the age of everyone wanting everything for free. Instant gratification. We run a small fossil tour guide business in SC and recently have had a rash of folks complaining that our prices for various services are too high for their liking. They tend to ignore the amount of time, energy, research, and our own money we put into it. I feel ya.
Trish I would love to talk to you about your fossil tours. Email me at adventurearchaeology@gmail.com I would like to know pricing and what you are finding!
People should not say it to high priced. Let them go and find them them have the lip done and then make some money. They are really one of a kind item. Keep producing them we will buy them
I’m so happy for in finding that bottle n you got so excited you drippy your grippers LOL. I got to give you some credit walking through that water n it being so cold outside that you know your feet are cold from the water. It was a good days. ♥️😊👍👍
Longer videos on you tube are better in my opinion.....7 or 8 minutes is over with as soon as I click on one so I always scope out the longer ones as it is enjoyable to watch what I wish I could get out and do.....
Dang I experienced shrinkage just watching you wade around in that ice water lol! Good job and congrats on the finds! I agree with the YT niche comments, its a tough sell but guy's my age do it for the fun. All the best brother!
One this you forgot to mention about making treasure hunting videos is the persons personality! Lots of people making channels can just be boring to watch! All the channels I watch are for the personality they have and not what they find! Love watching your videos very week even if you don't find anything 'rare or cool'. Just like you I wish one day it can be a full time job, butttt not something everyone can do that's for sure lol!
Ice fishermen use insulated rubber gloves when they need to deal with super-frigid water during their sport up here in the Wisconsin region. They may go almost up to your elbow in length, Brandon. They are made of the same material that SCUBA driver's suits are made of. You might consider getting a pair, so you COULD extend your reach down into the frigid water, to reach that...elusive....hutch of a lifetime!!
The people saying the finds are fake have never hunted creeks. The buried bottles are constantly being turned over in the sand and gravel like a tumbler. Those bottles won't have dirt or algae on them. The people complaining about the drinking glasses being to costly, let them spend hundreds of hours digging and creek hunting and then see what they would charge. They don't figure your time and gas money also your labor.👍
I really enjoy your channel. Years ago A friends dad knew of a "bottle dump" and had us kids dig for him. The dad had a booth in an antique mall and we kept him in stock 😊. Our rivers and streams out here are too fast and deep to find bottles that are no doubt there. All the best to you!
Hi ! I'm a new subscriber. Really enjoy your videos . I can't river walk because I have light - refraction disease in my eyes , which means all i see is a glare off the water . Hope you keep finding the good stuff !
Brandon you should get some of those long yellow rubber kitchen gloves. That why your hands will stay dry,and your coat sleeves. As for the haters/doubters they can go fly a kite.
Consider this. In this world of strife and turmol we live in, watching a you tube chanel like yours, just being out in a relaxing atmosphere has its own "rewards" it may be a form of escapism.. but thats good also. I Do enjoy many other you tube channels, such as, Scrap and Pallet Man ..... Mike the Scavenger ... Lumina Archers.... Life Uncontained, just to name a few. Channels like yours and the others give you a chance t get away from the "Garbage World" we live in right now. So, keep up the good work..
Stumble across your channel the other day. This kind of content is right up my alley. I've thoroughly enjoyed every video I've seen so far. Great content, good editing. Keep up the good work. I've learned a lot about antique/vintage glass. I look forward to digging further into your catalog.
first off,, im 40 and i watch all the video lol..from start to end :) ..just do. i mudlark... checking the sand beaches of rivers and i got some waders so wade too lol.. guna put my action cam in the case now and get some under water shots. cool video.. love the bottles u got
I am a big fan of yours. You do a great job on your videos. How could I get some of your drinking glasses or.bottles.?? Keep walking on the creeks and rivers.
Did you see Gone Diggin find the Emerald Chief bottle ? Now got to see you find this one at time marker 4:23 ! Awesome finds for both you ! Congratulations !
Thank you for the adventure and seeing some amazing finds especially the first bottle ! Take care , stay safe and healthy with whatever you maybe doing next ! Oh , if you ever get up here in Kansas get a hold of me maybe I can line up some old dumps to dig old bottles from ! Doing well here in Kansas .

That means a ton! I’m not out to make a killing on them. I usually just reinvest the money right back into the channel haha!

I love watching you. Yes I am older and disabled.
I’m older but not disabled except for age slowing me down. So I’ll watch you instead of doing the disses!

Thanks Wanda!
great finds enjoyed, and my mind wasn't in the gutter until you said it, funny got a big laugh out of it, take care
Lol!
It's hard to beat that feeling of finding a rare bottle. Nothing like it!
Thanks for your kind understanding! All the support means more than you know!
The cadence of your voice when you was talking about the process of making the drinking glasses sounded just like the way Clayton talks. I miss him. Haha Thanks Rob! Clayton has had some family illness recently but hopefully we will get him back out and hunting soon!

Dang I experienced shrinkage just watching you wade around in that ice water lol! Good job and congrats on the finds! I agree with the YT niche comments, its a tough sell but guy's my age do it for the fun. All the best brother!
There's always jealous people saying finds are faked. Nice finds!
Brandon , that did not look like a flashlight and by what you said, you didn’t think so either! Congrats on that bottle, love the longer videos too!
LOL!
Hey Brandon!! I love your channel, and want to do some creek walking in my area!! I did it a long time ago with a friend and loved it! (40 yes ago!!)
Go for it!
You are very right Personality is everything. I like to talk so talking to the camera comes easy hahahah
You got a pretty cool channel I enjoy watching your finds and the history your saving thanks
Glad you enjoy it!
Can't wait to go creek walking again. Last year, never found a bottle in a creek. Hoping to this year.
Just keep looking they’re there!
Well said!
Awesome as always!
Thanks Ryan!
Great find and enjoyed seeing the creek love the scenery Great video Thankyou
Im 39 & i am loyal viewer who stays the full video :)
Thanks so much! 😎
I can't believe that people accuse you of faking the bottles. You have to laugh at the jealous idiots. They are not worth responding to!
I think you’re right!
Have you considered creating your own bottle guide with pictures of the variants you have found .
I have thought about it but my heart is in video making not writing book.
Best thing I ever pulled out of a creek was a damned 1910s mustard jar🤷♂️
Keep searching!
In 15 and I watch all your vids all the way through
Not a bad idea!
Another great video. Keep up the good work. I thoroughly enjoy all your content.
Thanks Don!
Stumble across your channel the other day. This kind of content is right up my alley. I've thoroughly enjoyed every video I've seen so far. Great content, good editing. Keep up the good work. I've learned a lot about antique/vintage glass. I look forward to digging further into your catalog.
Welcome to the channel! Glad you’re enjoying it so far!
