The manual transmission does that because, according to the dealer the transmission oil shouldn’t be replaced I said the hell with that I replaced my transmission fluid with Redline 75W80 GL-4 gear oil haven’t had any problems with my transmission.

The Mazda owner's manual says to change the manual gearbox oil at 9 years or 180k kilometers or 110k miles.

The only issue my 2014 2.2d model has is the paint peeling off the alloy wheels and corroding them, looks pretty bad, need a refurb. Other than that its ok at 116k miles ( had a new turbo at 78k miles before I owned it ). Heads up, keep the dpf clean to avoid problems but that goes for all dpf equiped cars.

You would need to make a much longer video if you went with the same make and model in diesel.

    Having mazda 6 2021 2.0 skyactiv G
Car it have major problem with gearbox.
While driving car at low speed between 20 to 35, gear keeps shifting up and down making metal sound.
I took the car to dealer, they updated me this normal in 2.0 engine!!! They know the issue they described it to me before even we do a test drive.
They are ignoring fixing the problem. Really disappointed from Mazda.

2.2 diesel has crazy amount carbon build up on intake and engine oil as a result it clogs map sensor and distroyes cams vacume pump turbo and throttle body and needs engine cleaning carbon clean is £800 alone expect a bill of £2000 before it hits 70,000 miles especially if your late on service.

My 2016 now has 173,000 miles and it has been the most reliable car for me yet. The only problem is that the belt tensioner seems to keep failing after three years or so ... bad engineering of that part in my opinion.

My Mazda 6 model 2014, 2.0L engine is eating too much petrol. 11.5L/100km, which is high for Mazda 6 2.0.
I got it thoroughly serviced from Mazda garage and they told me that there is no issue in the car. Car is in perfect condition.

@@AliHussain-dm9vq I had Toyota Camry 2009 model. It was 2.4L engine. Technically older and bigger engine should eat more fuel. But it was the opposite. It used to take 8.5 to 9.5L/100km on an average. Driving experience was also much more refined. I think Mazda is way more over rated than it actually is.

There’s is no 2022 Model of the Mazda 6 do you mean 2021 and if you have a 2021 like myself does the braking feel kinda weak to you for a car to be as sporty as it is to brake of this caliber if definitely a flaw in my book

Now i get this errors together every next day even in city driving, but only when my speed is decreasing or right after the breaking. Car goes into safe mode and when i restart the car errors are gone. anyone can help?

Had the same issue, happened to me when decelerating in 3rd gear. Fault showed as air intake sensor our of range. After replacing the sensor, the fault returned after 6-7 months. Since then, cleaning the sensor with some spray cleaner every 6 months resolves the problem for me.
