Action speaks louder than words.. instead of keep sending all the “ we heard you , we value all our drivers feedback “Please show what action the management is going to take better than just telling ...I auge the Management to solve all the issues below ASAP 1 - passengers arrived late / drivers waited for more than 5 minutes ( its fixed rate ! ) 2 - passengers cancel booking when driver already arrived at the pick up point ! ( fuels and times ) 3 - wrong pick up / drop off point 4 - passengers request stop at some shop to buy things during the trip ! ( it’s cheap ride and it’s fixed rate ! ) 5 - passengers asked to drop a friend first somewhere where by the direction is not on same direction with the drop off point ! ( it’s cheap ride and it’s fixed rate ! ) 6 - in the event where after drivers arrived the pick up point waited for more than 5 minuets if the passengers no response to the message or calls or not ready for the ride when drivers make the cancellation it should contributed to the passengers cancellation rate Instead of drivers ( it so unfair and it’s not the driver fault ) 7 - pick up for condos / flat passengers should always notify drivers in advance if they wish to pick up inside the condos/flat such as block 1 or whatever not after when drivers arrived . 8 - in the event when 5 minuets after picking up the passenger if the passenger still not ready to go “ waiting for friends or other circumstances “ ( only book when you are ready ) 9 - trip delayed caused by the passengers ( go to ATM , buy things , forgot something have go back and get it and more ) 10 - too far the pick up point ! Not more than 5 km from the drivers current location . ( RM 5 fare - 5 to 9 KM pick up point away from your current location when it jam it can take more than 20 - 30 minuets just to reach the passengers ! What’s the worst is the passengers cancel the booking when you’re halfway or has arrived ! ) 11 - passengers should always be alert after the booking accepted recognise the Car plate numbers and get ready at the pick up point once you see your driver is coming wives hand let the drivers know you are the passenger . the driver wouldn’t know who is the passenger if you didn’t give them any signal ! ( once there’s this rider was standing in front of me I was looking for her it was at the bus stop outside the lrt many people were waiting there she didn’t give me any signal and plus all the cars keeps coming I thought forgot it so I leave the bus stop ..then she called asked where are you going ? Said she saw me ! Then I make a big U turn back to her and I remembered when she got on board she was up sad with me first thing she said to me " why did you leave just now ? " what on earth makes you believers that I would waste time make a big U turn if I knew that it was you ! ) 12 - for safety reasons drivers should be able to see the passengers profile picture and their passenger rating too Just the same as they can see drivers profile and driver rating 13 - free toll for grab help line ! ( didn’t realise it wasn’t free until phone bill out ) We should always improve Malaysian public transport social responsibility practice in a safety , efficient and productive riding experience . but seriously .. the driver apps like a beta version until now 2018 compare uber is more stable. and because of apps and technology inaccurately ..a lot drivers get baned ..and that's sucks Anthony Tan
day 1 he launch : 11k downloads n 160 taxis check cash everday dont joking only spend money for marketing, should spend money for building real product painful mistake 1. hire wrongly - stand for the right even its more 'cost' 2. dnot spend time - understand people who join u hire faster,sharper,smarter and humble still reporting u 50% time spend to filtering people 25% time spend to existence people 25% time with email?
