I dont understand some of these companies. I apply to Avant and Medpro as newly passed nurse in the US...and they are all aaking if i am working as nurse. I am CNA but went to Nursing school and took my Nclex in NY and passed. Because am not working as a nurse thwy arw regecting me. I mean if u dont employ and trained them, how will they get the experience?

The length of the process depends on the person involved and the country of origin. Yes, if they offer any bonus, they usually pay

Yes, in most cases. If you decide to use an agency at any stage, you will sign a contract. You are their employee basically. Usually they give bonuses to NCLEX passers

Auxillaries are quacks. When videos like these are made and they mention nurses, it is for Registered nurses. Only in Africa do they allow quacks to take care of the general population, Such a a messed up system. If you or the person you are inquiring for is interested in this process, i strongly suggest he/she goes to the university or school of nursing to get properly trained and licensed as a REGISTERED NURSE. I hope this helps.
