The Rib Man - A Story about Twitter, Ribs and Hot Sauce

The Rib Man (a.k.a. Mark Gevaux) cooks ribs slowly throughout the night to sell on the streets of London. I filmed him last year at 2am cooking for Jamie Oliver's Street Party.
He is a legend but his food even more so.
